Trouble Shooting Steps

The Keyboard Doesn’t Work

1. Make sure the USB receiver has been plugged into the PC/laptop/Mac…
2. If the third led of keyboard light but no response, the keyboard lose connectionwith USB receiver.
3. Try to pair the keyboard with USB receiver as follow:
   • Turn off keyboard power and unplug the USB receiver
   • Turn on keyboard power; press and hold ESC & “=+”, the power led keep flashing(it means keyboard are searching the USB)
   • Plug USB receiver to USB ports quickly, make sure the distance between the keyboard and the USB receiver is does not exceed 20 cm.

The Mouse Doesn’t Work

1. Take the USB receiver out and turn off the mouse
2. Turn on the mouse and the press the pairing button near the switch
3. The power LED will blink in red as indicated in resourcing status. 4. Plug the USB receiver back to PC

The Mouse Is Lagging and Slow

1. Make sure the distance between mouse and USB receiver is no more than 20cm
2. Turn off the power supply of the keyboard and mouse,
3. Reinstall the USB receiver
4. Turn on the power supply of the keyboard and mouse.
