SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

General Warning
Before Use

  • This product is for household use only, not for commercial or industrial use, nor for outdoor or humid places.
  • Don’t let children or people with weak thinking abilities use this product alone.
  • Do not use this product when the power cord or power plug is damaged.
  • Do not use it in an environment with flammable or combustible gas.
  • Use only at the specified voltage. You can find the specified voltage on the bottom of your machine.
  • Only use it on dry pets, otherwise, it will cause a motor malfunction.

In Use

  • Do not block the opening for use.
  • Do not vacuum up water, gasoline, and any other type of flammable and combustible liquids.
  • Do not suck up anything that is on fire, smoking, or at high temperatures, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot soot.
  • Do not use products with fragrances as filters. These chemicals can be one of the causes of fires.
  • Do not pull the power cord or put heavy objects on the machine. Be  careful not to pinch the wires when closing the door.
  • Pay full attention when using it near children and pets. In addition. be careful not to let children and pets play with this product.
  • Do not use or keep it in humid places such as bathrooms.

Cautions

  • There may be a peculiar smell when first used. It will disappear after a while and won’t cause adverse effects on the body. However, if the burnt smell still persists, stop using it immediately.
  • Keep the dust cup and filter clean.
  • If the dust cup and filter are dirty, it may cause a malfunction.
  •  Be sure to unplug the power cord before maintaining.
  • If the power is turned on for maintenance, there will be a risk of electric shock or injury.
  • The machine will shut down when the temperature rises abnormally.
  • If abnormal heating of the motor occurs, it will stop working immediately. If the suction port is blocked, it will stop working immediately. To restart it, remove the dust cup, confirm that the suction part and filter are clean, and then turn it on after 30 minutes.
  • Be sure to use each filter in the installed state.
  • Turning on the machine with the filter removed may damage the motor.
  • Some accessories may have sharp blades or edges, please be  careful when using the device.
  • Be sure to contact customer support if the product malfunctions, is damaged. or has been submerged in liquid.
  • Do not disassemble the product, and the wrong assembly method may cause electric shock or fire. Please contact customer support if necessary.

PREPARATION

Dust Cup Installation

  1. Align the edge of the dust cup with the body, ensuring that the bottom of the dust cup is placed in the U-shaped rail on the machine 
  2. Then, press down on the dust cup to install it.

Hose Installation

Align the port, then insert it into the hose interface of the machine.
Accessories Installation

  • Connect the accessory to the machine through the hose. Please turn the accessory in the direction of the arrow to lock it in place.

  • Align the hose holder accessory with the designated buckle position, and install it according to the direction indicated by the arrow.

  • The installation process is now complete

Use of Accessories

    • Deshedding Brush can remove loose hair for long  and short coats quickly reduce shedding by up to 95% of dead and tangled hair.
  • Piease pay attention to the cutting edge and sharp Position when using to avoid injury.

  • The operation should according to the amount of pet hair, to prevent blocking the attachment suction. 2. * Slicker Brush can clean the dead and floating hair and debris in the hair and at the same time it had the function of lengthening the hair, making the hair more fluffy.

      • Electric Clippers can shave your pet’s hair and such it into the dust cup to prevent it from falling  elsewhere.
  • 4 different clipping combs can be used for different demands of hair style (Only for trimming hair Purpose).

  • Please pay attention to the cutting edge and sharp position when using to avoid injury. 4. * Nozzle/clean Brush can be used for clean the naps of tables, chairs, desks, sofas and  keyboard etc.

      • Clipping Comb can be used for different demands of hair styles. According to different hair style needs to choose (Optional for use).
        The accessories are scattered and small, please keep them properly placed when not in use.
      • Dematting Brush is used for thinning and detangling. Easily and safely remove mats. tangles,knots and loose hair.
      • Adjust the suction mode when there are a lot of hair blocking thesuction area or just pull the hair out a bit and then suck it again.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

How to Clean the Dust Cup

  1. Remove the dust cup
    Press the button to remove the dust cup.

  2. Dump out the trash
    Open the dust cup and pour out the trash.

  3. Install the dust cup
    Install the dust cup in the direction indicated by the arrow in the picture.

How to Clean the Electric Clipper

  1. Remove the blade head.
  2. Disassemble the clipper, vacuum the debris inside, and clean the blade with the cleaning brush
  3. Use this clean brush to clean foreign body on blade.

How to Clean the Sponge Filter

  1. Remove the dust cup from the machine and take out the sponge filter.

  2. Wash the sponge filter with tap water and drain the water after washing.

  3. Place the filter ina well-ventilated area  and allow it to dryfor at least 24 hours.

  4. Once the filter is dry , reinstall it in the original location.

How to Clean the HEPA Filter

  1. Remove the dust cup from the machine and take out the HEPA filter.

  2. Wash the HEPA filter with tap water. Don’t scrub with a brush.

  3. Drain the water after cleaning, install the HEPA back to the original place after it dries completely.

The spong filter should be cleaned with cold water at least every other month.
Change the HEPA filter every 6 months.

PRODUCT STORAGE

Storage First turn the hose connector to the side without hose hitch, then wrap around the vaccum body and stick the connector as shown in the picture. When the hose connector is with a accessory, first stick the hose holder on the machine as shown in the picture. Then place the accessory on the hose holder.
Power Cord Storage Mode Tie up the power cord after use.
Accessories Storage Mode Place the accessories and clipping combs onto the storage bracket.

Warranty Terms

  1. If the product is damaged or malfunctioned during normal use within the  warranty period, we will repair it free of charge. If it cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement.

  2. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. The warranty is only limited to free repair of the product purchased. Consumables and  accessories are not covered in the warranty.

  3. The following conditions are paid repairs even during the warranty period:
    (a) Failure and damage caused by misuse or carelessness;
    (b) Damage caused by pets(scratches, bites, touching the body or riding products):
    (c) Failure and damage caused by fire, earthquake, and other natural disasters;
    (d) Failure and damage during use other than general household use (long-term use for business, etc.);

  4. The following situations are not covered by this warranty regardless of the warranty period:
    (a) Products not purchased directly from sales channelts(e.g, personal sales, auctions, etc.);
    (b) The customer disassembles the product or tries to modify it;
    (c) Consumables and accessories.

  5. The warranty period for the exchanged product is subject to the warranty  period before the exchange(from the original purchase date);

  6. Repair or replacement is only valid in certain countries.

  7. Regulations may be changed without notice. We reserve the right to update  the warranty when necessary, and the most updated warranty is valid.
