How do you release the mop head?
Begin by positioning the head of the steam mop on the floor, facing away from you. While securely gripping the handle, place your foot on the head of the mop and gradually draw the handle towards yourself. A distinct clicking sound will indicate that the steam mop has entered free form swivel mode. To revert to the standing position, simply follow the reverse process, carefully placing the mop back into its original stance

On the rear of the main unit, you will notice a recessed area housing a centrally positioned silver button. By pressing and holding this button, you can smoothly detach the handle, converting your Avalla Steam Mop into a handheld device for enhanced manoeuvrability and targeted cleaning
Should the steam come in waves/bursts?
Avalla steam mops utilize a wave-like steam generation process, which may result in occasional pressure fluctuations while in operation.
Can Avalla Steam Mops clean carpets?
Avalla steam mops, equipped with the included carpet-glide, effectively eliminate odors and germs on carpets, delivering excellent results. However, for deep cleaning and stain removal, we recommend utilizing a dedicated carpet cleaner.
Can I use detergent in the tank?
