Question - Why is my dehumidifier not working/ fans running?
Answer - The optimal operating temperature range for the dehumidifier is between 16-32 degrees Celsius. In standby mode, the dehumidifier is designed not to start if the ambient temperature falls below 5 degrees Celsius. Instead, it will enter defrost mode to safeguard the fins from potential damage.
Question - Do Avalla Dehumidifiers have a laundry setting?
Answer - We are pleased to inform you that all our dehumidifiers are equipped with a dedicated laundry mode, specifically designed to facilitate indoor clothes drying.
Question - How do I empty the water in my Avalla Dehumidifier?
Answer - You have the convenience of easily detaching and reattaching the rear unit tank for effortless emptying. Alternatively, for added convenience, we offer a continuous drainage hose option to eliminate the need for manual draining.
Question - Can I set a specific humidity target on my Avalla Dehumidifier?
Answer - Our dehumidifiers are fully customizable, allowing you to set your desired humidity level as low as 30%. Once the targeted atmospheric humidity is achieved, the unit will automatically cease operation. In the event of humidity levels rising again, the dehumidifier will reactivate accordingly. To enhance the longevity of the unit, we recommend setting the desired humidity slightly higher than the minimum threshold.
Question - Is it safe to use an Avalla dehumidifier in my bathroom?
Answer - While our dehumidifiers do not carry an IPX rating, they can be safely utilized in bathrooms if they are not exposed to direct contact with water.
Question - Are the Avalla dehumidifiers desiccant?
Answer - Currently, we do not provide desiccant dehumidifiers within our product range. We have opted for compressor-based dehumidifiers as they are renowned for their higher energy efficiency.
Question - Does the Avalla dehumidifier have a tank?
Answer - All our models are equipped with water tanks. Specifically, the X-95 and X-125 boast a 2.5L water tank capacity, the X-150 is designed with a 3.5L water tank, and our flagship model, the X-200, features a substantial 5.5L water tank capacity.
Question - Can the Avalla dehumidifiers disperse hot air?
Answer - Our units do not incorporate a heating function however due to the nature of the compressor warm air can be generated.
Question - Is the Avalla dehumidifier a combined air purifier?
Answer - While the Avalla Dehumidifiers are equipped with a pre-screen to capture large airborne particles, it's important to note that they do not utilize a HEPA Filter. As a result, they are not intended to fulfil the same role as dedicated Air Purifiers.
Question – Do the Avalla Dehumidifiers bring the temperature down?
Answer - Our dehumidifiers are designed to regulate humidity levels in your chosen area without directly reducing the ambient temperature. However, as the air passes through theunit, you may experience a sensation of cooler air due to the dehumidification process.
Question - What is a dehumidifiers purpose?
Answer - Avalla dehumidifiers are thoughtfully engineered to effectively reduce humidity and moisture in the air, resulting in the creation of a more comfortable indoor environment.
Question – How long will the tank take to fill?
Answer - We kindly request that you allow the unit to operate for a duration of 3-4 hours to effectively extract moisture. However, please be aware that the required duration may vary depending on the specific environmental conditions in your chosen setting.
Question – Does this unit have sleep mode?
Answer - Our dehumidifiers feature a night mode option, specifically designed to minimize noise levels, providing a more peaceful and uninterrupted rest during nighttime use.
Question – How to remove tank lid?
Answer - To detach the lid, start by removing the handle through the designated holes, and then gently pull the lid off.
