  • Requested software installation and setup.
  • Instructions requested with combined use of another company’s product or program.

The product damage has been caused by the customer

Into this category falls product damage that is caused by customer action such as mishandling, wrong repair, etc.

Product damage can be caused by reasons including but not limited to:

  • Dropping the device
  • External impacts
  • Use of by the manufacturer unspecified products, parts, or components
  • Repair from an external service company that is not authorized by the manufacturer.
  • Repair through the customer.

Warranty Statement

Warranty period, terms and conditions are described in a separate document.

Please contact customer service in case your device requires repairs after the warranty period has expired. Please note that the customer will be required to arrange the shipment of the device to the service center indicated by customer service and the return transportation. The customer will be responsible to cover all related transportation charges such as shipping, insurance, etc.
The manufacturer does not authorize other companies, distributors, resellers, agents, dealers, or other persons to modify, change or extend the warranty terms.

Afterimage Burn-in Prevention
Please do not leave the image running on a stationary image for an extended period of time. This may cause afterimage burn-in or defective pixels. Use the power-saving mode or a dynamic screen saver or power off the product to prevent afterimage burn.
Afterimage burn should not occur through normal operation. Normal operation refers to continuously changing images on the screen. Stationary images for an extended period of time can cause a slight voltage difference between electrodes in pixels that control liquid crystals. Such voltage differences can increase over time and the liquid crystals become thinner. As a result, an image can remain on the screen when the pattern changes. However, afterimage burn-in should not occur when the above-mentioned precautionary steps are taken.

Screensaver
Using a screensaver is highly recommended. Ideally use a screensaver that is either single colored or with a moving image.
