• Use only authorized parts and accessories, such as, cuff, battery.

• Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the unit or components.

Foreword

Thank you for purchasing our companys automatic blood pressure monitor(Upper Arm type). Blood pressure is one of important indicator to reflect human blood circulatory system. The home blood pressure monitor is easy to use frequently. It is very  ignificant to prevent cardiovascular disease, to improve the initiative of hypertension patient for treatment, and to control the high blood pressure.
The automatic blood pressure monitor can measure the upper and lower pressure value simultaneously by fuzzy logic control.Personalized inflation leads to the result of value every time. It is effective to reduce the discomfort by wrongly inflating the arm cuff and also to reduce the wrong measurement value, thus, it improves the accuracy of the measurement.
The automatic blood pressure monitor can store up to 99 sets of measurement value for two users in memory. Meanwhile, it can display the latest 3 sets of average measurement value.
The blood pressure monitor have different features to meet different users’need.

Preparation

1. Battery Installation (1) Turn the monitor upside down, press the round cover of battery, push to the direction of arrow to remove the cover. Insert 1. 5v4’AAA batteries (R6) into the battery compartment, and then replace the battery cover.
   (2) Also can use the accessory 5V 1AAC adapter to supply the power by inserting Micro USB into the left jack.
   2. Battery Level Introduction
   (1) In shutdown mode, Press the Start/Stop button/memory button/setting ; button to enter into measuring pattern/recording pattern/setting pattern.
   When it displays, system will detect the battery level and will indicate the level on LCD display. Details are as follows:
   i. Battery Level Full. Do not display the battery symbol.
   ii. Battery Level Low. Indicate the battery level low symbol ( 1Z]),still can take measurement and read the memory. Please timely charge your battery or replace new batteries.

User Setting

1. Switch User
   By default, it displays the mode of user No.1. In shutdown mode, short press the setting button “S” to enter into the user pattern while it will change the user Extended press will be no responses unless press [ Start/Stop] button to store the setting.

2. Blood pressure measurement
   (1) In the shutdown state, shortly press the [Start/stop] button to start the measurement process
   (2) The LCD is fully displayed for 1s, and the screen is cleared after 1s, user 1 or user 2 and time will be display ( time and date are displayed alternately )
   (3) Display the measurement results (error or display high pressure, low pressure, heart rate)
   (4) During measurement, please do not move or talk.

3. System information settings
   (1) In the shutdown state, press and hold the setting button for 3 seconds to enter the setting mode
   (2) The first item, set the year. Press the “M” button to scroll up and adjust, ‘The year will flash (500ms/500ms) during the period, and shortly press the setting key to enter the next setting item.
   (3) In the same way, set the remaining setting items, month, day, hour, minute and unit,
   (4) The operation of this step is to view a specified set of historical records.
   By short pressing the *M” button one time,you can view the average value of the whole set of historical records of one user. And then by short pressing the “M” button for the second click , you can view the latest records.And so on.
   (5) Blood pressure unit mode (that is ‘PA’ mode):The factory default is ‘mmHg” unit. After setting “date / ime”, press the “S” key to show “0”. If you want to switch to “kPa” unit, press the “M” key to show “0.0” as “kPa” unit To change from “kPa” to “mmHg”, please press “memory key” again.
   (6) Short press the setting button key to shut down and save the setting result. At this time, manual shutdown or automatic shutdown after 60 seconds will save the results
   (7) Description of the Static Pressure Mode
   Function Description:
   1. Static pressure mode: In the case of no power on, press the power key three times continuously when power on, and the “0” screen will appear to enter the static mode. After displaying the version number,Then enter the static pressure mode.
   2. WHO hypertension warning: The blood pressure range indication is dis -played through the blood pressure indicator bar, so that you can unders -tand the level of blood pressure.
   3. Arthythmia monitoring:Arrhythmia prompt automatic detection and anal -ysis of the user’s puise signal and determine whether arrhythmia
   4. Memory deletion: In the viewing status, long press the memory key for 3 seconds o delete 2 users’ memory data.

4. View record
   (1) The blood pressure monitor can store 99 groups of memory. After each measurement, the blood pressure monitor will automatically store measured data. In the shutdown state, short press the “M” button to enter the viewing record mode.
   (2) After the LCD is switched off, the measurement results will be displayed in the “average three times” mode.
   Press the “M” key again to display and broadcast the last measurement result. Repeat this action to continuously view the measurement values ofet Ropeat eac Average calculation method: Take the last measured 3 groups of data and calculate the average.

5. Delete the value stored in memory
   In view memory mode, long press the memory “M” button and the power button for 3 seconds. Record deletion is to delete all measurement data under the current user at one time.

6. Shutdown fun
   (1) In any active state, press the shutdown button, the system immediately enters sleep mode
   (2)Without operation for 60s, – the instrument will shutdown automatically Sound switch
   Press S~ when the speaker icon appears on the screen — press M to set the sound switch on/off.

Operating the monitor

1. Applying the arm cuff
   (1)Extend the cuff loop and Put your arm through the cuff loop.2) position the cuff on upper arm and position the air tube atside your arm. (3) The bottom edge of the cuff should be 2 to 3 cm above the elbow.(4)Wrap the cuff tightly and close the fabric fastener firmly Keep a finger gap between cuff and arm.
   (5)Insert the cuff air tube plug to the left air jack on the monitor Insert firmly to the bottom.
   The correct way to measure:
   ly When measuring, please keep still and relax.

2. Taking a measurement
   (1)ln shutdown or standby mode, Press [Start/stop) to turn the monitor on. It will automatically start the measuring. Cuff will start to inflate automatically.When cuff starts inflating, the monitor starts working automatically. During the inflation, monitor also detects the pulse rate. Therefore, do not move your arm during the whole course and keep still until the measurement is omplete, It is normal the arm feels pressed during the inflation.
   lf it appears error message, please refer to the page 10″Error Indicatorsand Cause”to solve problems.
   (2) It automatically stops when the inflation is complete, and then start detecting the pulse ratevalue and pulse rate. If ventricular extrasystoles are detected, it appears Irregular heartbeat symbol.
   “During the measurement, do not move and keep still. If you wish to stop the measurement, just press [Start/Stop] button. The inflation stops and cuff deflates the air.
   (3)After measurement, take the cuff off and press [Start/Stop] button Manually turn the monitor off.
   Without any operation, the monitor will shut down in 30 seconds For model with backlight, the backlight will be off in 6 seconds without any operation
   Note: The above pictures only for references.

Caution:

1. Wait 2-3 minutes before taking another blood pressure measurement.
   Waiting between readings allows the arteries to return to the condition prior o taking the blood pressure measurement.

2. Measuring repeatedly may result in the incorrect blood pressure value since the arm blood flow may be not smooth. Please take the measurement when your arm blood flows smoothly.

3. You cannot carry out the measurement when the [ErJappears in screen.
   Please refer to the next page “Error Indicators and Cause”.

4. Imegular heartbeats can influence the results of the measurement.
   The measurement values are probably not accurate.
   Please consult your physician for professional diagnosis.

5. The cuff s too loose or tight and this will affect the accuracy of measurement value.

6. Measurement gesture and body’s condition will affect the measurement value. Please refer to thethe brief information of blood pressure and eliminate these interference factors.

7. Replacing the cuff that it is not provided by original manufacturer may get tisk to the measurement error.

8. Do not use the monitor near the appliance emitted electromagnet interference. The radio interference may affect its accuracy.

9. The main component of the monitor includes master chip, electromagnetic valve, Sensor, air pump, air intake valve, air bleed valve, cuff, AC adapter.
   You MUST use the component approved by original manufacturer for each model. Otherwise, it may get isk to the safety and accuracy issues.

10. Self-diagnosis of measured results and treatment are dangerous.
    Please follow the instructions of your doctor.

11.  If you replace the AC adapter and lithium battery that is not provided by original manufacturer, it may cause the safety issue or accuracy problem.
    AC adapter is in accordance with the standard,LEC60601-1: 1988. Battery applies to the Standard, IEC60086-4: 2014. The battery need to meet the: monitor specification.
    Please contact original manufacturer if you need to replace the lithium battery.

Care & Calibration

1. Keep the unit in its storage case when not in use.
2. To protect your unit from damage, please observe the following:
   “Do not subject the main unit and the cuff to extreme temperatures, humidity, moisture or direct sunlight
   Do not fold the cuff or tubing tightly.
   Do ot disassemble the unit.
   Do not subject the unit to strong shocks or vibrations (for example, dropping the unit on the floor).
   Do not use volatile liquids to clean the main unit. The unit and battery should be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth.
   Do not wash the arm cuff or immerse it in water. If necessary,clean the cuff with moistened 75% alcohol cotton wool.
   *Dropping, collision, bending will reduce the battery’s performance. If you find the battery abnormal, such as the package damaged, the battery parcel deformed, etc. Do not use these batteries.
3. calibration
   Blood pressure monitor is precise measuring equipment. Itis generally recommended to have the unit inspected once a year to ensure correct functioning and accuracy by original manufacturer or the local metrological institute.
