Riding Safety
- Please read the following precautions carefully, which will help you ride safely and enjoy the best convenience of your M8 electric scooter.
- The M8 electric scooter can be used like a kick scooter. When you need to get out of the car and push, using the boost button allows you to easily push it forward.
- Always wear a suitable helmet when riding a scooter. If needed, wear arm guards, wrist guards, knee guards, etc. to protect you.
- Please try not to ride on rough, wet ground, such as unpaved stone roads, or icy and water-filled roads.
- Please drive the scooter carefully, and please do not take dangerous actions on the scooter, such as riding on one foot, jumping, etc.
- Before riding on the scooter, please check for loose fasteners and damaged components. If the scooter makes abnormal sounds or signals an alarm, immediately stop riding. Diagnose your scooter via our service center and/or call your dealer/distributor for services.
- The M8 electric scooter is a single-use item, please do not carry others while riding. At most, keep your cute pets in the storage box.
- When entering into public spaces always comply with the local laws and regulations.No speeding.
- It’s forbidden to ride on the road whose slopes are larger than 15°.
- Please slow down when going downhill.
- As with other vehicles, faster speeds require longer braking distances. Sudden braking on a low traction surface could lead to wheel slip or falls. Please be cautious and always keep a safe distance away from other people or vehicles.
- To ride safely, you must be able to clearly see what is in front of you and you must be clearly visible to others.

Folding Scooter
Step 1: Expand
- Link and secure the handlebar to the stem, and unfold the bracket to support the scooter. Find the vertical folding clasp and push it up to lock the stem, adding some force if necessary. Make sure the Vertical folding clasp is clipped and locked properly.
Step 2: Connect the data cable
- Make sure each cable port is aligned and check the screws on the scooter to make sure they are tight.
Step 3: Test
- Place the scooter on the bench, making sure the rear wheel is not touching any surface and can rotate freely.
- Verify Power Bottom: Make sure your scooter can be turned on and off by pressing the power bottom.
- Verify the motor: The scooter defaults to non-zero start (you need to push it like a kick scooter first, then press the accelerator, the M8 will start). After pressing the accelerator, the wheels should start spinning up.
- Verify the brakes: Press the brakes and the wheels should stop immediately.

Charging and Battery
Charge Your Scooter
- The indicator light of the charger turns green when the charger to the power supply.

Battery Maintenance
- The ideal battery level is 70% for long-term storage.
- Do not charge or store the battery outside the temperature limits.
- Refer to your local laws and regulations to recycle or dispose of the battery.
- When used at a temperature of 22°C/70°F, the battery performance is at its best; whereas using it at temperatures below0°C/32°F can decrease the range and performance.
- TypicaIIy at -4°F(-20℃) range can be half that of the same battery at 70°F (22℃). Battery range will recover when the temperature rises.
- Completely draining the battery may cause permanent damage to the battery. Damage caused by over-charging or under-charging will not be covered by the Limited Warranty.
- Do not use battery packs of other models or brands, or else there may be safety risks. Only use the original power adapter when charging, or else there is a danger of damage or fire.
- Scooter Maintenance
- Water entering the battery may cause damage to the internal circuit, and there is a risk of fire or even explosion; if the battery is suspected of water entering, please stop using it immediately and contact the after-sales service.

Tire Maintenance

Warranty Policy
- Urbetter only provides a warranty on scooters purchased from this site. If you bought your scooter from a dealer or Amazon, please contact them. All URbetter electric scooters come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the moment the customer receives their order. The Urbetter customer service team is here to answer any questions you may have.

Warranty Claim Process

Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Any returns that do not use the return label provided by us will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 14 days after you receive them.
- All items must be in excellent condition, unworn and undamaged, with tags, and in the original packaging.

General Return Process

- Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and you will need to send the return to the nearest post office as required by the corresponding carrier or wait for the carrier to pick it up.

- Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
Return Charge
- When you obtain a return authorization, we will prepay the shipping fee from the carrier and give you a return shipping label.
