Q: Does Ethernet adapter need any drivers or extra software?
A: No. Just plug and play. -
Q: How to get network speed up to 1 Gbps ?
A: Wired network connection is dependent on Ethernet cable, plug port and adapter work time.- Ensure to use CAT6 & Above Ethernet cable.
- Connect the Ethernet adapter to the USS C 3.0 rather than the USS C 2.0 port.
- Give the gigabit adapter a rest after long-time gaming or high energy operation.
- Thermal energy during transmission will make ideal speed little smaller than 1 Gbps, which is normal and inevitable.

Q: What does each color light indicate for?
