Product Usage Instructions
To set up the remote control:

If you have the remote that came with your Smart TV device, you’ll need both remotes for the setup.

Press the Home button on the Smart TV remote.

Navigate to the Settings option on the menu bar.

Select Controllers & Bluetooth Devices.

Choose Add New Remote.

Press and hold the button on the smart remote for 10 seconds.
The LED on the remote will flash quickly, indicating it has entered pairing mode. -
Check if the new remote shows up in the list on the TV screen.

Select the new remote from the list when it appears. You’ll seean on-screen message when it has been successfully paired.
If you don’t have the remote that came with your Smart TV device:
- Restart your Smart TV device by unplugging it and plugging it back in.
- Wait until the Smart TV Home Screen appears.
- If the TV screen shows “We cannot detect your remote,” try the following:
- Place the remote closer to the TV.
- Press and hold the remote button for 10 seconds.
- Insert new alkaline batteries into the remote.
- Unplug your Smart TV device, wait for 5 seconds, then plug it back in.
To set up Power/Vol+/Vol-/Mute buttons:
- Go to Settings and select Equipment Control.
- Select Manage Equipment.
- Choose TV.
- Select Change TV.
- Choose Change TV again.
- If you can’t operate the TV’s Power/Vol+/Vol-/Mute with the TV’s default code, click No.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to press the Power button on your TV remote.
- Press the Power button on the Fire TV remote to turn off your TV. Wait for 10 seconds, then press again to turn it back on.
- Select Yes if you can control the TV volume up or down using the volume keys on the TV remote.
To pair wireless headphones:
Press the headphone button on the Smart Remote and follow the on-screen
instructions.
To open the backlit:
Press the Smart Remote’s On/Off button and the time button at the same time.
To find your remote:
Use Alexa from any Smart device with Alexa, Alexa Built-in device, the Alexa
app, or the Smart TV app. Say “Alexa, find my remote” or “Alexa, ring my
remote.” Alternatively, use the Remote Finder button within the mobile App.
Note that the Remote Finder feature requires the Smart TV device to be on and
has a range of up to 30ft (10m).

- press and hold the Home button 10 seconds until the re mote starts to flash amber
- A notification will appear on your sceen indicating that your remote is successfully paired.
How to set Power/Vol+/Vol-/Mute buttons
- Go to setting, and choose Equipment Control.
- Go to Manage Equipment.
- Go to TV.
- Go to Change TV.
- Choose Change TV.
- Choose YES.
- If you can not operate Tv’s Power/Vol+/Vol-/Mute with Tv’s default code, Please Click No.
- Then choose TV’s brand on the MENU.
- Press Power on your TV remote
- Select Yes, If you can control the TV volume up or down by pressing the volume keys on the TV remote.
- If the 1st choice not succeeds, click No, the system will change to 2nd code choice to meet the Power, Volt, Vol- and Mute.
If 2nd still fails, click NO, system will go to 3rd code, if all the codes not succeeds, that means this brand TV set’s code not stored in the TV stick data system.
NOTE: If the remote does not control your TV or soundbar correctly, please use the IR learning function to program the power and volume buttons.
How to Set IR Learning
The Smart Remote Control is with 4 IR Learning Buttons (Power, Mute, Volt, Vol-)supports static IR code learning functions, How to learn(take the Smart Remote’s Power button and Mute button IR learning as examples).
Power button IR learning steps:
- Press the Smart Remote’s ‘Button and Button at the same time for 2 second. The red LED at the front of the Smart Remote will be long lighting. And now the Smart Remote is in the status of IR Learning.
- Put the Smart Remote’s IR sender directly face to your TV Set remote’s IR sender. Press 2 second TV Set’s Remote Power button that you want to learn. When Smart Remote receives the TV Set’s Remote power button code, its red LED will be shining 3 times quickly. That means learning succeeds and is saved automatically.
Mute button IR learning steps:

Press the Smart Remote’s ok Button and Button at the same time for 2 second. The red LED at the front of the Smart Remote will be long lighting. And now the Smart
Remote is in the status of IR Learning. -
Put the Smart Remote’s IR sender directly face to your
TV Set remote’s IR sender. Press 2 second TV Set’s Remote Mute button that you want to learn. When Smart Remote receives the TV Set’s Remote Mute button code, its red LED will be shining 3 times quickly. That means learning succeeds and is saved automatically.
Remark: Press 0k button and the button(one of the 4 IR Learning Buttons) that you want to learn for 2 second at the same time, the Smart Remote Control will be into IR learning mode.
Clear IR code: Press the Smart Remote’s Button and Button at the same time for 3 second, Red LED will be shining 3 times quickly.
NOTE: The button codes on other remotes that to be learned must be Static IR code, if Dynamic ones, can not be learned.
How to pair your wireless headphones
To easily pair or unpair your headphones or other Bluetooth audio devices with
you Smart TV, get started by pressing the headphone button and following the
on-screen instructions.
How to open backlit
Press the Smart Remote’s 0k Button and at the same time On/Off backlit.
How to find remote
To find your remote, just ask Alexa from any Smart device with Alexa, Alexa
Built-in device, the Alexa app or the Smart TV app:
- “Alexa, find my remote.”
- “Alexa, ring my remote.”
You can also use the Remote finder button within the mobile App.

How to programme customisable buttons
To programme customisable button 1 or 2, press and hold it, and select a
shortcut option from the side panel that pops up on the screen.
The list of shortcut options will be personalised to you.

How to Reset an Smart Remote
To reset smart remote, Unplug your Smart TV device from Power for 60seconds.
Then press the left, menu, and back buttons on your remote for 12 seconds.
next, remove the batteries, plug your Smart TV device in and wait 60 seconds.
Finally, insert your batterries and press the home button.
Note: The used batteries with low battery may fail to pair or hot, New batteries are recommended for first paring.
