Mounting Your Camera
Attach your camera to helmets, gear and equipment.
Cautions
- Ensure to prevent falling or dropping incidents to keep the camera safe.
- Keep the camera away from objects that generate strong magnetic interference, such as electronics, to avoid potential damage to the product and maintain optimal sound and image quality.
- Avoid exposing the camera to water or liquids unless it is equipped with a waterproof case, as this may result in malfunction.
- Keep the camera out of reach of children while charging. It is recommended to remove the battery from the camera after use to prevent power loss.
- For optimal performance, it is recommended to use a high-quality Class 1 0 Micro SD Card. Remember to format the micro SD card using the camera and restart the camera after formatting.
- Avoid exposing the product to temperatures exceeding 55°C.
- Do not place heavy objects on top of the camera.
- Keep the Micro SD card away from objects with strong magnetic fields to prevent data errors or loss.
- Avoid using the camera when the battery is low on power.
- Do not use the camera while it is being charged.
- Do not attempt to open the camera case or make any modifications.
- Remove the battery before using the camera as a dash camera.
- In case of overheating, smoke, or unpleasant smells emitting from the device, immediately unplug it from the power outlet to prevent potential fire hazards.
- Store the camera in a cool, dry, and dust-free location.
- Remove the protective film from the camera lens before use.
Prepare a TF card
You can use a U3 TF card with a memory capacity ranging from 32GB to 128 GB.
Before initial use, please make sure to format the Micro SD card following the
instructions below.
Power On/Off
To power on or off the camera, press and hold the Power/Mode button for 3
seconds.
Note: For first-time use, please insert the battery and fully charge it.
Mode Switching
With the camera powered on, it enters video mode automatically. Press the
Power/Mode button to choose different camera modes. You can also swipe up on
the screen to choose different modes.
Under Video Mode
Start Recording
Press the Shutter/OK button. The camera status indicator (blue) in the bottom
left corner of the screen will flash during recording.
Stop Recording
Press the Shutter/OK button again. The camera status indicator (blue) in the
bottom left corner of the screen will stop flashing, indicating that the
recording has stopped.
Note: The camera will stop recording when the SD card is full. You can connect the camera to your computer using the USB cable or transfer files through the SupCam Pro app, then format the SD card to continue recording.
Under Photo Mode
Taking Photos
Press the OK button to capture a photo.
In the video/photo preview interface

Remote Control
Operating the Camera via the 2.4GHz Remote Control Use the remote control to
take photos or record videos with the touch of the photobutton (red) or video
button (gray). It operates in the current photo or video mode, or switches to
the standard photo or video mode to capture. After using the remote for a long
time, the battery will eventually need to be replaced. Unscrew the four small
screws on the back of the case and replace with a new cell battery. When using
the remote control for the first time, activate the remote control by pressing
the Photo and Record buttons at the same time.
Wi-Fi Connection
- Use your smartphone or tablet to scan the QR code on the first page of this user manual or download the “SupCam Pro’ application from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
- After powering on the camera, press the UP button to enable Wi-Fi. The status LED on the top of the camera will start blinking orange.
- On your smartphone, find and connect to the camera’s Wi-Fi with the name and password displayed on the camera. Once the Wi-Fi connection is successful, the orange status LED on the top of the camera will remain solid.
- Open the “SupCam Pro’ app on your smartphone or tablet, and you will have control over the camera using your mobile device.
- To disable the Wi-Fi, press the UP button again. The orange LED on the top of the camera will turn off.
Tips:
- To ensure the proper functioning of the Wi-Fi feature, please grant all permissions prompted by the app, such as location, photos, and Bluetooth.
- The camera can only connect to one device at a time.
- Wi-Fi connection consumes battery power, so please avoid connecting to Wi-Fi when the camera’s battery is low.
- Even if the camera is connected to the app, the files captured by the camera are still stored on the camera’s SD card. However, you can choose to download the files to your smartphone through the app.
- If the files are too large, it is not recommended to transfer them via Wi-Fi due to potential network instability that may result in download failures. We suggest using the USB cable to connect the camera to a computer for file transfer.
