1. The Veryfit used by customers is not the latest version –> Android users can download and install through Google Play, and iOS users can download and install through App Store. Or scan the App QR code on the watch to download and install.
2. The model of the mobile phone does not support –> Android system requires 6.0 or higher, and IOS system requires 9.0 or higher.
3. The user has connected the watch with other mobile phones before and performed Bluetooth pairing. When connecting again, the device needs to be ignored in the Bluetooth device of the mobile phone.
