Mount the band to your watch and wear it, then pinch out the extra links with your fingers to see how many extra links there probably are, so that you will know how many links you will need to remove in the next steps.

Align the needle head of the link tool to the hole on the side of arrows.
**** The arrow points to the direction where the pin should go out. -
Twist the link tool clockwise until it cannot be twisted, at which point the pins used to connect the links are pushed out halfway so that the pins can be easily pulled out by hand.
Note: Push out the pin in the direction of the arrow points. -
Remove the pins, separate the links, and then repeat the previous steps to remove the rest of the extra links to match your wrist. Re-connect the two sections of the remaining bands.

Know the shape of the pin When we reconnect the links with the pins, it is very important to make sure that the smaller end of the pin (the round U-shaped end) is inserted into the hole first.

Insert the pins back into the hole.

Press/Hammer/Screw back the pins -
For the part of the pin that is not yet fully inserted into the hole, just use our unique upgraded gold thick head to make it easier to push the pin back in.
