Question 1: Do I need to charge it before using it when I receive the walkie-talkie？
Point of Use: It’s best to fully charge before use, the effect will better, about 4 hours to fully charge.
Question 2: Why is the walkie-talkie sometimes unable to turn on?
Point of Use: Generally, the battery is under low voltage protection, the walkie-talkie be charged for 3-5 minutes to activate the battery, and then it can be used.
Question 3: what should I do if the walkie-talkie is locked due to wrong operation?
Point of Use: Press the ” MENU ” button 4-5s can lock and unlock walkie talkies.
Question 4: How to increase the volume of the walkie-talkie？
Point of Use: The volume of walkie talkies has 1-16 levels. The “+” and
“-” on the button adjust the volume. The larger the number, the louder the
volume. if sets the volume to 10-12 levels, advise to use a distance of at
least 1 meter; If the setting volume is 16, advise to use a distance of more
than 3 meters.
Note : sometimes walkie-talkies is too close, the signal reception will
be interfered.

Point of Use: The main channel and sub-channel of the walkie-talkie and the walkie-talkie must be set the same before they can communicate. As shown in the pic, 22 is the main channel and 02 is the sub-channel.
