XClear Earbuds Troubleshooting Guide
Trouble 1:
Only One of the Earbuds Works and cannot perform factory reset.
- Please ensure that you have removed the protective film covering the charging connectors on both earbuds.
- If one of the earbuds is out of power, please REMOVE it from Charging Case and place it back into the charging case. Closing the lid of the Charging Case will initiate the charging process. For best results, we recommend charging both the earbuds and case overnight to ensure they are fully charged.
- Prior to performing the Factory Reset, make sure that both earbuds have sufficient charge.
- Perform the Factory Reset. (Quick Start Manual Page 14-15).
Trouble 2:
Both of the Earbuds have power, but cannot synchronize.
- Turn OFF Earbuds (hold MFB’s for 3-4 secs.).
- Turn ON Earbuds (hold MFB’s for 5 secs.). Voice prompt will say “Pairing”. White & Red LED Lights will flash slowly.
- Double tap MFB’s (both L/R). LED Lights will ash faster. Once LED Lights flashing slows, the synching process is complete.
