How to reset your earbuds
- Take out the earbuds, click eight times quickly, the earbud will flash white light twice, and the light will turn off. Then put the earbuds into the charging case. (Both earbuds need to be operated)
- Click the icon behind “Cloud Nest” in the Bluetooth of your phone and select “Forget this
device”.
What should I do if I cannot connect to the device after receiving the earbuds?
After receiving the earbuds, please tear off the protective film under the earbuds first, and measure whether the earbuds are powered.
- First pairing:
- Open the charging case, the earbuds flashes white. (indicating that the earbuds is powered on)
- Take out the earbuds, the white light flashes on one earbud, and the light on one earbud turns off. (Indicates that the two earbuds are automatically paired)
- Turn on the Bluetooth of the device, and the Bluetooth list will display “cloud nest”. 4. Click “cloud nest”, and the device will show that the connection is successful.
- Then pair this device
- Take out the earbuds and use them directly. (Light change: dual earbuds flashing white light → single earbud flashing white light →all lights are off)
Earbuds are not charging or not working
After receiving the earbuds, please peel off the protective film under the earbuds first.
- Wipe the metal charging contacts on the bottom of the earbuds and inside the charging case with a cotton swab.
- After wiping, you will see the display of the charging case light up and the charging column moving up and down.
Open the charging case, and the white lights of both earbuds flash.
- If after wiping, the charging case display does not light up or the earbuds do not flash whit light. Please contact us to claim your new earbuds.
- If the display on the charging case lights up or the earbuds flash white, and the single earbud still does not work, Please try resetting the earbuds. (How to reset? Please refer to 1)
The earbuds used to work with the phone, but now it doesn’t
Please first confirm whether the earbuds is turned on (open the charging case, and the earbuds flashes a white light, indicating that the earbuds is turned on).
- Refer to point 1 to reset the earbuds.
- After the earbuds is reset, connect to the phone.
- Open the charging case, and the earbuds flashes white. (indicating that the earbuds is powered on)
- Take out the earbuds, flash white light in one earbud, and turn off the light in one earbud. (indicates automatic pairing of two earbuds)
- Turn on the Bluetooth of the device, and the Bluetooth list will display “cloud nest”.
- Tap “cloud nest” and the device will show that the connection is successful.
You can connect to your phone, but you can’t connect to your computer (I can see “cloud nest” in the Bluetooth list on my phone, but I can’t see “cloud nest” in the Bluetooth list on my computer)
Please note that this Bluetooth earbuds will automatically connect to previously successfully paired devices. When your phone and computer Bluetooth are turned on at the same time, the earbuds will automatically connect to your phone. (the last paired device)
You can choose one of these to solve the problem:
a. Turn off the Bluetooth of the device that was last paired.
b. Reset the earbuds. For details, see 1.
What should I do if the earbuds keep disconnecting or cut in and out from time to time?
Please note that your earbuds use Bluetooth to communicate, and in some cases the Bluetooth signal may be interfered with or weakened.
You can follow these steps below:
- Check the earbuds by listening to music or other audio content that is stored on your device. If it is normal, please try the following steps.
- Keep the connected device close to you, make sure there are no obstructions between you and your device, such as walls or floors.
- Make sure the earbuds have enough power and are not in a high temperature condition.
- Reset the earbuds. For details, see 1.
What should I do If the charging case won’t charge?
You can follow these steps below:
- Run out of the battery of the charging case.
- Use another certified adapter or a different Type-C cable to charge the case, make sure that the cable is firmly plugged, until the digital display is flashing. After being fully charged the number is displayed as 100.
- Check if the charging interface is loose.
What should I do if I can’t get the earbuds to consistently charge?
You can follow these steps below:
- Make sure the charging case has enough power.
- Clean the sweat or moisture on the charging pins with a soft cloth or an alcohol rag to ensure better connection, then make sure that they’re completely dry before placing in the charging caser using.
- Make sure that the earbuds are seated properly in the charging case.
What should I do when the volume from one earbud is lower than the other side?

Check the speaker mesh on each earbud, remove any earwax or debris with a clean, dry, and soft brush, cotton swabs, or other tools.
Note: Do not use excessive force or sharp objects to remove earwax or debris. -
Reset the earbuds. For details, see 1.
What should I do if the earbuds have poor sound quality?
- Make sure you’re wearing the earbuds in the correct position to make a good seal with your ear canal. When the fit is right, you will get the best sound quality.
- Make sure the volume on both the earbuds and the paired device is turned up.
- Try different types of music and make sure there is no distortion or noise in the input audio source.
- Check the clean condition of your earbuds periodically.
What should I do if any of the following problems occur?
- The sound from earbuds lags when videos or games are played.
- The sound and video out of sync. You can try the following steps:
- You can minimize the delay by limiting interference. Make sure there aren’t any objects, metals, walls between the earbuds and other Bluetooth device.
- Check the earbuds by listening to music or other audio content that is stored on your device those if the issue still occurs.
- Close some apps on your device that you don’t need to use to see if it makes a difference.
- Reset the earbuds. For details, see 1.
What should I do if the other side can’t hear me or the sound is low or unclear when on phone call?
- Check whether the earbuds (cloud nest) is selected for audio on the call page.
- Check if you have pressed the button Mute on the phone.
- If you only use one earbud, please wear two earbuds for calls.
- If you make a call via the app, try make a call on your phone to see if the problem still occurs.
- The earbuds are not featured with noise cancellation, please make a call in a quieter environment
Should I do if any of the following problems occur?
- No one can hear me when I take a phone call. – Sound extremely low or unclear when on a phone call. You can follow these steps below:
- If the microphone hole is blocked, sound may not be collected properly. Clean the microphone hole, speaker with a clean, dry, soft brush, or cotton swab to prevent debris from accumulating.
- If you only use one earbud, please wear two earbuds for calls.
- If you make a call via the app, try make a call on your phone to see if the problem still occurs.
- The earbuds are not featured with noise cancellation, please make a call in a quieter
environment.
When I am answering a phone call, people can hear me talking but I can’t hear any thing talking to me
- When you answer the call, please check if the audio output is cloud nest or not
There are two methods to answer the call. Method 1:
Take calls via mobile phone. For some phones, when you answer a call on your phone, the audio output defaults to the phone.
At this point you need to change the audio output to Cloud Nest. Otherwise the caller can’t hear you because your phone is far away from your mouth. And youcan’t hear people talking unless you put the speaker of the phone near your ear
Method 2:
Tap on earbuds once to answer a call, you can use the earbuds to have a clear
call directly, you can hear clearly what others say and others can hear what
you say.
