Technical Highlights Fully balanced class A power amplifier

• Monoceros is a Completely discrete, Class A fully balanced Pre-amplifier. It uses a 60-step attenuator based on microprocessor-based advanced relay control. Precision matched resistance produces outstanding channel balance. Distortion is as low as 0.0003% (THD+N)
• Pure Class A, truly balanced, completely discrete line level, The volume control scheme of this machine adopts a relay-controlled pure R2R resistor network structure. This structure has a constant output impedance and no sound quality is compromised under any volume.
• The power supply design adopts a 60W single crystal copper transformer, and adopts self-developed discrete high-speed stabilized power supply with high rejection ratio and low noise.
• Class A parallel power supply can well improve the low-frequency volume, and the sound is delicate, the sound of the whole frequency band is relatively balanced, making the front stage sound field performance very wide.
• The body material is made of metal aluminum and processed by CNC with high precision. The optimized aviation aluminum alloy first goes through the combination of CNC and die-casting process and sandblasting process .

Multiple audio source input interfaces
The total input of Monoceros is up to XLR2, RCA1, and multiple audio sources can be processed together, making it easier to connect and select audio sources.

XLR/RCA optional output
Monoceros has two sets of output XLR and RCA. After processing the signal, you can choose to output to two different post-stages to expand the scope of application to a greater extent.

Remote Control

• All aluminum CNC refined wire drawing
• The remote control unit is machined from a single block of aluminium, anodized in black color. It controls the preamp volume, source selection as well as dimming the display. Use the original imported ALPS button and VISHAY infrared emission tube, the operation is sensitive, the drawing Craft is processed, and the grip is comfortable.
