PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING
The software update can only be used if you already have Jabra Bluetooth
Adapter A320s software installed Your paired devices and other settings made
in your Bluetooth software may be removed during the software installation
process
Do not remove your Jabra Bluetooth Adapter A320s during the installation
process.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
STEP-BY-STEP
We recommend you download and print these instructions for handy reference
STEP 1
- Ensure that the Jabra Bluetooth Adapter A320s is connected to your PC. Disable all active Bluetooth connections.
STEP 2
- To update your software unzip the attached software, then save to your Desktop.
STEP 3
- Click on Run to initiate the software upgrade.
STEP 4

Click Run to upgrade your software

The Bluetooth software will be updated. This may take several minutes.
STEP 5
- You must restart your computer for the software update changes made to take effect. Your new software is now installed and ready to use.
STEP 6
- Click on “My Bluetooth Places” on the desktop to open the Bluetooth program. Click on “Entire Bluetooth Neighborhood” to view your paired devices. Click on “Find Bluetooth Devices” to search for new devices.
Extra: Set-up with Skype® – Audio configuration
- With the new software you can answer and end Skype calls from your Jabra Bluetooth Headset. To use your Bluetooth Headset with Skype you need to configure the audio settings. Ensure that your Bluetooth Headset is paired and connected to your computer before completing below audio configuration.
STEP 1
- Click on “Options…” in the Skype Tool menu.
STEP 2
- Click on Sound Devices. Ensure that the following audio settings. If you select “Bluetooth Hands-free Audio” in the “Ringing” you will hear the Skype ring tone in your Bluetooth Headset. You may have to restart Skype for the changes made to take effect
