Matters Need Attention

1. Please check whether all the parts of the product are in good condition before use. If there is any problem like power cord damage, please do not use the product, and please contact the after-sale service or professional to replace it and then use, so as to avoiding danger.
2. Please use the product away from children. As the whisk and froth accessories are small in size, please store at a safe place to avoid loss or accidental ingestion by kids.
3. Please unplug the product after using, when replacing accessories or cleaning.
4. When cleaning, do not immerse any part of the frother, base or plug in water or other liquids to prevent electric shock or short circuit. It can’t be washed in dishwasher.
5. Do not use this product near heat sources to avoid danger.
6. The whisk and froth accessories are small in size, please store at a safe place to avoid loss or accidental ingestion by kids.
7. Please refer to the capacity instruction in this user manual. The liquid volume cannot exceed the capacity scale otherwise it will overflow.
8. Please use the product on a flat and dry surface. Suitable for home use only. It’s not recommended for commercial or industrial use.
9. Please do not operate the frother outdoors.
10. User of the frother is responsible for his/her own safety. The following people (including children) shall not operate this frother unless they are supervised or trained: person with physical disability, poor perceptual skill, mental disability or lack of professional knowledge.
11. Please do not touch the metal part or the spinning whisk when the frother is working.
12. Please close the lid tightly and do not touch it when using, avoiding scalding when overflow due to malfunction.
13. This frother can only work with the power base provided.

This product cannot be disposed of as general household waste, and must be sent to a collection point where electrical and electronic equipment are recycled.

Product Structure

Before Use

Please read the user manual carefully when receiving the package, and check whether the accessories are complete.
Take out the frother and connect it to power supply to check whether the frother is working normally.
Before the first use, please clean the inner wall, lid and accessories of the frother , so as to remove dust or residues during production.

Clean & Maintain

Before cleaning, please disconnect the power supply, separate the frother body from the power base, and remove the lid. Do not soak the frother body and the power base in water, and do not wash in dishwasher. The following cleaning methods are recommended:

1. Liner: Moisten a soft towel in cold or warm water added with a proper amount of detergent, then clean the anti-sticking liner, and dry it with a dry towel.
2. Lid: Remove the lid, rinse it with clean water and dry.
3. Shell: Wipe the shell surface with a wet towel and air dry.
4. Froth/Whisk Accessory: Remove them from the frother, rinse with clean water before use. Store in a safe place after clean and dry.

How to Use

1. Pour milk in the frother, please make sure the milk volume does not exceed the Max mark (refer to the above picture}.
2. Connect the power base to power supply, and place the froth er with milk on the power base, you can hear a “beep” sound. And all the 4 indicator lights will be on for ls and then off, indicating the froth er is standby and powered on.
3. ln standby status, press the button ” ( to select mode, the4 modes (from left to right} are hot frothing, heating milk, cold frothing and heating chocolate milk. A “beep” sound will emit when button pressed. The indicator of the selected mode will show 2 flashes and then stay on, other indicators will be off, indicating the frother enters the selected mode and starts to work. Function Instruction
4. The working time above is for the room-temperature milk with the shown capacity, which will be adjusted automatically according to the volume and the original temperature of the milk, so there is a little difference. For example, the lower the original temperature of milk, the more milk is added, the longer the time.
5. Press the button “< ” continuously, the modes of hot frothing, heating milk, cold frothing, heating chocolate milk, shut-off will switch and cycle sequentially.
6. Cancel Selection: If you want to cancel the working status, press the button “ )”, and the indicator will be off and the frother will stop working and return to standby status.

Usage Tips

The following usages tips will help you make better milk foam.

• Please use whole milk to froth (fat capacity> 3.0%) for better result.
• Please pour the milk before operation to avoid dry burning or overheating which may make the frother fail to work normally.
• Heat and froth the milk first, and prepare the coffee or hot chocolate as soon as the frother is working.
• This froth er can froth room-temperature milk (namely cold frothing function) into milk foam, which doesn’t mean that it can froth the milk into cold milk foam, for the frother will produce a certain temperature during work.
• The optimal temperature of heating milk is 60-70°C, which not only won’t destroy the molecular structure and nutrient content of the milk, but also improves the taste and flavor without making you wait too long.
• Please check whether there is dirt inside the froth er before use. Please clean and store the product referring to the user manual after each use.

Safety Protection

1. Dry Burning/Overheating: Turning on the frother first without adding milk may lead to overheating or dry burning of liner. It is judged as dry burning when the temperature is over 115°C, and the dry-burning protection will be activated with a continuous “beep” sound emitting, and the frother will shut down. If you need to restart it, please wait for it to cool down before operating again.
2. After powered on, if all the indicator lights do not turn on for ls, and there is no response, the power base and the frother may be in bad contact. You can rotate the frother properly to check whether it is properly connected with the power base.

Troubleshooting

Dirt on the power base/the power port on the frother bottom getting wet, may cause bad contact of power base.| Please clean the dirt/make sure the power port on the frother bottom is d,y.
Overflow| The volume of milk frothing exceeds the max capacity of 160ml.| Please use the frother with the milk volume within the scale.
The volume of milk heating exceeds the ma){capacity of 350ml.| Please use the frother with the milk volume within the scale.
Burning| The frother is used repeatedly without cleaning.| Please always clean the frother after every use.
Too little milk.| Make sure the milk volume is between the Max and Min capacity.
Little Froth| If the product can heat and the motor speed is normal, this problem is mostly caused by the milk (milk deterioration, etc).| It’ s recommended to rep!ace the milk.

No Frothing

| Wrong accessory./Aging accessory.| Please replace with thec orrect/new accessory.
The milk used is not whole milk.| Please use whole milk with a fat content>3.0%forbettereffect.
