Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that the vehicle is parked on a level surface and the engine is turned off.
- Locate the Timbren bracket supplied by Timbren Industries Inc.
- Assemble the rubber spring using the provided fasteners from Timbren. Tighten the fasteners until snug.
- Pass one of the nnuts#7 to the correct location on the lower control arm of the vehicle. Hold it in place by taping it to a wrench and passing #4 on the lower control arm using Timbren-supplied fasteners. Refer to the diagram for proper placement. Tighten the fasteners until snug.
- Mount the Timbren assembly and the #4 tightening plate on the lower control arm. Refer to the diagram for proper placement. Tighten the fasteners until snug.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Use rubber spacer #2 to achieve the desired ride height. Place the spacer accordingly.
- Follow any additional assembly notes provided in the manual.
Notes:
- Use the provided rubber spacer #2 to adjust the ride height as desired.
- A lifetime warranty is issued for the product.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Partially raise the vehicle not allowing tires to hang freely.
- Assemble AEON® rubber spring to Timbren bracket using Timbren-supplied fasteners. Tighten fasteners until snug.
- Pass one of nut #7 to the right location on the lower control arm of the vehicle. Hold it in place by taping it to a wrench and passing it through the bottom of the lower control arm.
- Mount Timbren assembly and clamp plate #4 on the lower control arm using Timbren’s supplied fas tenders. S ee diagram. Tighten fasteners until snug.
- Lower vehicle.
NOTES
- Use rubber spacer #2 to achieve the desired ride height.
Do not exceed the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended axle weight rating. Check for AEON® interference with vehicle components Under load AEON® will “expand” in diameter.

Lifetime Warranty:
Timbren SES Kits are warranted against defects in material and workmanship,
under normal use and service, for the life of the vehicle on which the kit was
originally installed. The warranty is not transferable and proof of purchase
is required. The warranty is limited to the replacement of the failed part.
TIMBREN will not be responsible for any labour or freight charges involved in
the replacement of any product. TIMBREN shall be entitled to make its
inspection to determine the validity of the claim. TIMBREN shall not be liable
nor warranty the product in the event of alteration, misuse, overload,
negligence or damage caused by others.
