Product Usage Instructions

Remove any existing floor mats from the vehicle.

Place the Driver-side Trailview Baseplate on the driver-side
floor area and align it properly. -
Secure the baseplate using the provided M8 Short Bolts, M8 Flat Washers, and M8 Lock Washers. Use a suitable wrench or tool to tighten them securely.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the Passenger-side Trailview Baseplate.

Attach the Tailgate Bar to the designated area on the rear of the vehicle. Follow the instructions provided for proper installation.

Secure the Top Retention Strap to the front of the baseplates. Adjust the strap to ensure a tight fit.

Install the Riv-Nuts in the designated locations using the provided tools and follow the instructions carefully.

Attach the 0/RQJ%ROWV to the Riv-Nuts using the M10 Bolts, M10 Flat Washer, and M10 Lock Washer. Tighten them securely.

Install the 5,91877RROZLWK0%LW to the designated area on the top of the baseplates. Follow the instructions provided for proper installation.

Attach the +:$OOHQ:UHQFK to the Tailgate Bar using the provided hardware. Ensure a secure fit.

Securely attach the 3UH,QVWDOODWLRQ5HTXLUHPHQWV to the baseplates and adjust them as needed for proper positioning and retention.

Follow the instructions provided to properly install the remaining components, including the 3DJHRI,LQVWDOODWLRQ6WHSV and ,PSRUWDQW)RUDVPRRWKILWDQGHDVHRILQVWDOODWLRQWKLVWRSVKRXOGEHLQVWDOOHGDWWHPSHUDWXUHVDERYHGHJUHHV.

Once all components are securely installed, adjust the Rug Floor Mat to ensure it covers the entire floor area of the vehicle.
For proper installation and best possible fit. please read all instructions BEFORE you begin.

- Remove existing hard or soft top. For OEM (original/factory) soft tops, also remove:

Installation Steps
NOTE: Actual product may vary from illustration.
Importans temperature, the radia may intaction this or more i in talled at to seal. e aign Terend taking your new Top out of the package and letting it sit inside a warm place or in direct sun light for 1-2 hours before you install the top. When warm, this top will install quickly. Confirm all components are included.
- Install the provided Door Upright Panel using factory hardware. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN BOLTS.
- Using a Riv-Nut tool (Not provided), insert Riv-Nuts in first and third holes from the windshield.
- Place driver-side Roll Bar Extrusion on roll bar, aligning with corresponding roll bar holes. To help hold in place, loosely secure with provided M6 bolt with lock washer and flat washer in rear most hole of the Extrusion.
- Next, install the driver-side Trailview Baseplate aligning with the first hole. Loosely secure with M10 bolt with lock washer and flat washer in first 2 holes (yellow arrows), and M6 bolt with lock washer and flat washer in rear hole(blue arrow).
- Install rear Corner Piece using supplied M6 hardware.
- Install driver-side Tub Rail to body with supplied M6 hardware
- Secure Tub Rail to rear Corner Piece with short M6 hardware. Tighten all hardware. Repeat steps 1-7 on passenger side.
- Lay Main Skin out on a flat surface. Install Trailview Frame into Main Skin by sliding header channel into front pockets. Secure all snaps. Note: Material may be tight,
- Insert sewn in plastic strip into rails on each side of the Trailview Frame (easier if hook and loop is separated).
- Secure hook and loop strips to Trailview Frame cross bar on both sides.
- Locate and install Cross Bows. Front Cross Bow is short and has foam ends. Middle Bow is the longest (2-door may have foam ends). Secure with hook and loop.
- Insert rear Bow (shortest of the cross bows) into rear bow pocket the close flap.
- With assistance, place Main Skin assembly on top of vehicle.

- Align curved arms to forward most tab on baseplate and secure with provided hardware. Repeat steps 14-16 on passenger side.
- On both sides, insert front bow into tabs on rear of baseplate. Once in place, rotate until fully seated and flat. Note: Make sure bow is curved upward.
- Next, extend rear straps to rear Corner Pieces. Loosen buckles and hook straps to rear corners.
- Once secured, tighten strap by pulling downward. Repeat on the other side.
- Locate Driver Side Window Panel and loosely insert strap into buckle at upper corner. Start zipper and FULLY zip. Note: Do Not insert into Door Upright Panel at this time. Repeat steps 17-19 on passenger side
- Locate rear window. Loosely insert top three straps into buckles. Zip rear window FULLY onto both rear corner panels
- Insert plastic tab on corner panel into door upright. Start at top and insert to the base of the door upright.
- Then start the plastic tab on the base of the side panel into tub rail track. Start at the door and insert towards the rear. Do Not insert plastic tab around rear corners at this time. Repeat steps 21-22 on the passenger side.
- Unzip both sides of rear window approximately half way up. Install tailgate bar on bottom of the rear window onto the sewn in piping.
- Align the tailgate bar corner assembly with tailgate bar clamps on rear corner pieces. Once aligned, rotate entire tailgate bar in downward motion to seat assembly into clamps.
- Once the tailgate bar is installed and locked into place, insert plastic tab on corner panels into rear corner tub rails on both sides. Zip rear window closed. Tighten all straps that were left loose in above steps. Do Not over tighten straps to avoid breaking buckles and distorting material.
- Insert the plastic tabs on the Main Skin into the tracks on the Roll Bar Extrusion across top of doors. Repeat on the other side.
- Ensure clamp alignment with factory bracket on windshield. Apply a little downward pressure on the Trailview Frame to fully engage clamps.
- If clamps are difficult to secure, some adjustments can be made on the factory bracket. Loosen the 2 Torx head bolts and adjust as needed.
- The included Window Storage Bag can be stored in the rear of the top. Undo the hook and loop around the rear of top and fold forward. Using pull tabs, remove plastic tabs from the Roll Bar Extrusion and fold over exterior Main Skin. Attach the 3 hook and loop patches to secure the Window Storage Bag. Close exterior Main Skin, insert plastic tabs and re-secure hook and loop around top.
