Product Information
The thermostat is a device designed to control the temperature in your home or office. It allows you to set the desired temperature and schedule when the heating or cooling system should be turned on or off automatically. The thermostat features a glass screen with intuitive icons and buttons for easy operation. To get started with your thermostat, please follow the instructions below:
Setting the Time & Date
- Switch your thermostat on by tapping the power icon on the glass screen.
- Set the clock and the day of the week.
- To set the clock to the correct time, gently tap on the tick icon at the bottom of the display. Use the up & down arrows to adjust to the correct time and tap on the tick icon to confirm.
- The day of the week will now be flashing (1-7 for Monday to Sunday). Use the up & down arrows to select the correct day of the week, then tap on the tick icon.
- You have now set the correct time and day of the week and returned to the home screen.
Option One – Manual Mode
- To run the thermostat on manual mode, tap on the M icon until the hand print is displayed next to the temperature.
- Tap on the up and down arrows displayed on the screen and set your desired temperature. Tap on the tick icon to confirm.
- You will now be back at the home screen and running on manual mode. The heating pad icon will be displayed, indicating that your floor is heating. If you have set the temperature below the current floor temperature, the heating pad icon will not be displayed until it reaches the new set temperature.
Option Two – Program Mode
- To run the thermostat on program mode, tap on the M icon until the clock is displayed next to the temperature. Once the clock is displayed, press and hold the M icon for 5 seconds. The thermostat is now in programming mode.
- Displayed at the top of the screen are the numbers 1-5, representing the days of the week from Monday to Friday. Below this, you will see P1 with the time flashing. Use the up and down arrows to set the time you want your thermostat to come on in the morning. Tap on the M icon to confirm. (We recommend setting the timer to come on 60-90 minutes before you want to use the room.)
- You will now see P2 displayed, which is the time you want your thermostat to switch off in the morning. Set the time using the arrows and tap on the M icon to confirm.
- You will now see P3 displayed and the time flashing. Set the time you want your thermostat to switch on in the evening using the arrows. Tap on the M icon to confirm.
- The temperature icon will now be flashing. Use the arrows to set the desired temperature and tap on the M icon to confirm.
- You will now see P4 displayed and the time flashing. Set the time you want your thermostat to switch off in the evening using the arrows. Tap on the M icon to confirm.
By following these instructions, you will be able to effectively use your thermostat and enjoy a comfortable environment in your space.
SETTING THE TIME & DATE

STEP 1
Switch your thermostat on, and tap the power icon on your glass screen. -
STEP 2
Set the clock and the day of the week. -
STEP 3
To set the clock to the correct time gently tap on the tick icon at the bottom of the display. Use the up & down arrows to adjust to the correct time & tap on the tick icon to confirm. -
STEP 4
You will now see the day of the week flashing (1-7 Monday to Sunday) using the up & down arrows select the correct day of the week, then tap on the tick icon. -
STEP 5
You have now set the correct time and day of the week and have returned to the home screen. -
STEP 6
Now choose either option 1 or 2 below. Option 1 allows you to manually switch the thermostat on and off when you choose. Option 2 is the preferred programmable mode, by choosing option 2 you can set up the times of day you would like your thermostat to switch on and off automatically.
OPTION
OPTION ONE
Setting your thermostat to run on manual mode

STEP 1
To run the thermostat on manual mode, tap on the M icon until the hand print is displayed next to the temperature. -
STEP 2
Tap on the up and down arrows displayed on the screen and set to your desired temperature. Tap on the tick icon to confirm. -
STEP 3
You will now be back at the home screen and running on manual mode. You should now have displayed the heating pad showing that your floor is heating. If you have set the temperature below the current floor temperature displayed then the heating pad icon will not be displayed until it reaches that new set temperature.
OPTION TWO
Setting your thermostat up to run on a program

STEP 1
To run the thermostat in a program mode, tap on the M icon until the clock is displayed next to the temperature. Once the clock is displayed press and hold the M icon for 5 seconds. The thermostat is now in programming mode. -
STEP 2
Displayed at the top of the screen are the numbers 1-5, these represent the days of the week Monday to Friday. Below t his will be displayed P1 with the time flashing. Use the up and down arrows to set the time in which you want your thermostat to come on in the morning. Tap on the M icon to confirm. (We recommend you set the timer to come on 60-90 minutes before you want to use the room). -
STEP 3
The temperature icon will now be flashing, use the arrows again to set the desired temperature (we recommend setting to 25°C) then tap on the M icon to confirm.
STEP 4
You will now see P2 displayed, this is the time that you want your thermostat to switch off in the morning. The time will be displayed and flashing, using the arrows, set the time in which you want your thermostat to switch off in the morning. Tap on the M icon to confirm. -
STEP 5
The temperature icon will now be flashing, use the arrows to set the temperature to 18°C (15°C if on a timber floor). Tap on the M icon to confirm. -
STEP 6
You will now see P3 is displayed and the time flashing, using the arrows, set the time in which you want your thermostat to switch on in the evening. Tap the M icon to confirm. -
STEP 7
The temperature icon will now be flashing, use the arrows to set the desired temperature and tap on the M icon to confirm. Tap the M icon to confirm. -
STEP 8
You will now see P4 is displayed and the time flashing, using the arrows, set the time you want your thermostat to switch off in the evening. Tap the M icon to confirm. -
STEP 9
The temperature icon will now be flashing, use the arrows to set the temperature to 18°C (15°C if on a timber floor). Tap on the M icon to confirm. -
STEP 10
You will now see the numbers 6 and 7 displayed at the top of the screen. These indicate the weekend days Saturday and Sunday. Follow steps 2 to 9 again to set the weekend program. When fully completed the tick icon will appear, tap on the tick. You have now set up your programs to run on a schedule and will be back on the home screen.

LOCK YOUR KEYPAD
To lock your keypad, press and hold the power on button for 5 seconds, you
will see a lock symbol (key displayed). To unlock, repeat the steps above and
the lock symbol will disappear. This is a great feature to use if you do not
want anyone to change your saved settings or to stop the kids from playing
with it.
RESET
RESET TO FACTORY SETTINGS
If you wish to reset your thermostat back to the factory settings follow
the instructions below. Turn your thermostat off, then press and hold the M
icon for 5 seconds until you see Menu 11 appear, tap on the M icon until Menu
13 appears. In menu 13, press and hold the down arrow button for 5 seconds.
The thermostat has now reset back to factory settings.
ADVANCED SETTINGS
- To access the advanced settings menu switch off your thermostat.
- Tap the M icon once. 01 of the advanced settings menu will now appear.
- If you wish to adjust the settings in 01 use the Up and Down arrows.
- Press the M icon to continue along the advanced setting menu i.e. 02,04,07,08,09,& 10 and adjust using the up and down arrows.
- Press the TICK icon at any time to save your changes and exit out of the advanced settings menu.
MENU FEATURE /EXPLANATION

01 SENSOR SELECTION
A= Air sensing only, AF= Air and floor sensing mode, F= floor sensing only -
02 SWITCHING DIFFERENTIAL
The number of degrees above the set temperature that it will switch off and the number of degrees below the set temperature that it will switch on. (1 °C by default) -
04 FLOOR TEMP CALIBRATION
To recalibrate the floor temperature if required (0°C by default ) -
07 BACKLIGHT TIMER
The light on your thermostat can be kept on or changed to go off after0,10,20,30,40,50,60 seconds. (20 seconds by default) -
08 CLOCK FORMAT
12= 12 hour clock, 24= 24 hour clock (24 hours by default) -
09 FROST PROTECTION
on = avoids the room temperature going below 5°C. off = deactivated (default 00 = not activated, 01 = activated) -
10 5+2 / 7DAY WEEK
01 = 5+2 day programmable, 02 = 7 day programmable meaning you can program each day individually.
TROUBLESHOOTING
I’M TRYING TO SET MY PROGRAM UP BUT IT WON’T LET ME REDUCE THE TEMPERATURE
Switch the thermostat to off. Hold your finger on the M icon until the screen changes and the number 11 appears at the top. Check that the displayed temperature is showing 5°C. If not please change using the arrows and set to 5°C, tap the tick icon to confirm. Switch the thermostat back on and you should be able to change the required temperature.
OVERRIDE ICON IS DISPLAYED
The override icon will display if you are running your thermostat on a program and change the temperature during the program. Changing the temperature of the thermostat during a program activates the override and this temperature will be maintained until the end of the set program. To cancel the override, simply hold your finger on the M icon until the override disappears. The thermostat will now default back to the program that you originally set.
I WANT TO RUN MY HEATING ON THE FLOOR SENSING
Switch the thermostat to off. Tap your finger on the M icon (do not hold your finger on M, just tap on it once) displayed will be either A, or AF. Use the arrows to change to F, and press the tick icon to confirm. You are now running the thermostat in Floor sensing mode. Now switch your thermostat back on.
