ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
HANDLEBAR INSTALLATION
- Use the 6mm Allen wrench to remove the bolts from the handlebar mount.
- With the bolts removed, carefully position the handlebar onto the front fork, aligning it with the screw holes.
- Cross-tighten the bolts securely using the 6mm Allen wrench. Ensure they are snug and properly fastened.
FENDER INSTALLATION
- Use the Phillips screwdriver and 10mm wrench to remove the screws from the front fork.
- Put the screws, washers, and nuts in sequence as shown in the diagram. Push the fender to the highest position and tighten the screws securely.
- Locate the two iron bars on the fender and align them with the screw holes at the back of the front fork. Once aligned, tighten the screws securely.

- Tighten the pedals by rotating them forward with the wrench.
YOUR BIKE IS NOW FULLY ASSEMBLED.
PRE-RIDE SAFETY CHECK
BATTERY
A blue indicator light indicates that the battery is sufficiently charged,
while a red light indicates a low battery level. It is recommended to fully
charge the battery before the first use. To protect the battery’s lifespan, if
the battery is not in use for an extended period, it should be recharged every
3 months, as the battery should not be stored for prolonged periods without
charge.Insert the battery until you hear a
“click” sound, indicating a secure installation. Turn the key and push the
battery out by hand to detach it.![Abrazo Sports 0918 Outrider Electric E-Bike

verify the brake cutoff function is working correctly. The brake light should
illuminate.
RIDING THE BIKE
Long press the power button located at the bottom of the switch on the left side to turn on the instrument display. The red button controls the front and rear lights, with the top portion controlling the tail turn signals.
To select your level of pedal assist, press the UP and DOWN arrow. You have six levels of pedal assist (PAS 0-5). The Ebike comes with a regulator to unlock top speed from 20 MPH to 28 MPH.
| With Pedal Assist| With Throttle
---|---|---
PAS 0| Deactivated| Deactivated
PAS 1| 10 MPH| 27.3 MPH
PAS 2| 15 MPH| 27.3 MPH
PAS 3| 19.7 MPH| 27.3 MPH
PAS 4| 24 MPH| 27.3 MPH
PAS 5| 27.3 MPH| 27.3 MPH
The gear-shifting levers are installed on the right-hand side of the handlebar. To shift to a lower gear, push the shifter forward with your thumb while pedaling. To shift to a higher gear, pull the shifter backward with your index finger while pedaling. The interface can display real-time battery power, real-time speed (SPEED), single trip distance (TRIP), odometer (ODO), Motor Power output (WATT), and PAS level (PAS) of the E-bike. When the e-bike electronic control system fails, the display will automatically indicate the error code for the definition of detailed error codes. see Appendix 1.
The fault can only be exited when the fault is eliminated, and the e-bike
cannot continue to drive after a fault occurs.
Switching between KM and Miles
To change the unit of measurement on your e-bike from kilometers (KM) to
miles, or vice versa, follow these steps:
- Ensure your e-bike is powered on.
- Locate the pedal assist control buttons, typically labeled as “up” and “down.”
- Press and hold both the “pedal assist up” and “pedal assist down” buttons simultaneously. This action will activate the settings menu on the display screen.
- Use the “arrow up”; button to navigate through the settings menu options. Continue pressing the “arrow up” button until you reach the “display unit” screen.
- Once you’ve reached the “display unit” screen, press the power button to enter the display unit selection screen.
- In the display unit selection screen, press the “pedal assist up” or “pedal assist down” button to toggle between kilometers (KM) and miles (M).
- Once you have selected your desired unit of measurement, hold down the power button to exit the display unit selection screen, and return to the settings menu.
- To return to the main menu, continue holding the power button until you exit the settingsmenu.
Your e-bike’s display will now show distances and speeds in the unit of measurement you’ve selected (either KM or Miles), making it more convenient for your preferences and location.
How to Adjust Preload:
a. Locate the Preload Adjuster:
- The preload adjustment is found on the left side of the suspension fork.
b. Adjust the Preload:
- Use the preload adjuster to increase or decrease preload.
- Turning the knob clockwise increases preload (more stiffness), while counterclockwise decreases preload (more sag).
- Make small adjustments, test your bike, and repeat until you achieve the desired sag.
How to Adjust Compression:
a. Locate the Compression Adjuster:
- Similar to preload, the compression adjustment can be found on your suspension fork.
b. Make Small Adjustments:
- Turn the compression adjuster knobs as per your specific needs.
- Clockwise usually increases compression damping, making the suspension firmer.
- Counterclockwise decreases compression damping, allowing for more plush suspension.
c. Test and Fine-Tune:
- Ride your e-bike on your usual trails and terrain.
- Make incremental adjustments and pay attention to how the suspension feels.
- Find the right balance between comfort and control for your riding style.
Remember that suspension adjustment is a personal preference, and what works for one rider may not work for another. Experiment with different settings until you find the perfect setup for your e-bike. Regularly check and maintain your suspension components to ensure consistent performance.
WARRANTY
Frame, battery, motor, controller, and display are covered by a 2-year warranty (starting from the purchase date).
MAINTENANCE
- Regularly check and ensure the front and rear wheel screws are tightened.
- If the bike will not be used for an extended period, try to charge it regularly (usually once every three months) to maintain the battery.
- Do not flush the bike with water to prevent damage to internal electronic components and circuits.
- Avoid oiling the front and rear brakes, wheel steel, and tires.
- The oil brake should be properly filled with oil to maintain its pressure.
- Perform maintenance and adjustments for shock damping on the front forks.
WARNINGS
Please exercise caution and learn how to ride this electric bicycle carefully.
Users are responsible for any losses or consequences that may occur due to
falls, loss of control, or collisions caused by improper use (including non-
compliance with this manual).
CAUTIONS FOR BATTERY AND CHARGING
- Charge the battery within the temperature range of 32°F to 113°F and discharge it within the range of -4°F to 140°F. Keep the battery dry.
- Do not place the battery in acidic or alkaline liquids. Avoid exposure to rain, fire, heat, and high-temperature environments.
- Reverse connection of the positive and negative poles, battery destruction, disassembly, or short-circuiting is strictly prohibited.
- When charging, use the original special charger provided. Charging time should not exceed the recommended duration, and the charging current should not exceed 3A. If the battery is not in use for an extended period, store it in a cool and dry place and charge it at least once every three months.
- Users must follow the charging instructions carefully, as they are responsible for any consequences that may occur.
- Pay attention to the battery type and applicable voltage that the charger can handle, and do not mix different types.
- Charge the battery in a well-ventilated environment. Avoid charging in closed spaces or under direct sunlight.
- Plug in the battery first when starting the charging process, and then connect the mains supply. When the battery is fully charged, disconnect the mains supply first and then unplug the battery.
- When the green light is on, promptly cut off the power supply. Do not leave the charger connected to AC power without charging for an extended period.
- If the indicator light shows abnormalities, peculiar smells occur, or the charger becomes overheated, stop charging immediately and seek repairs or replac-ement. During use and storage, ensure no foreign objects, especially water or other liquids, enter the charger to avoid internal short circuits.
- Avoid carrying the charger with the vehicle if possible. If necessary, place it in a shock- absorbing work box. Do not attempt to disassemble or replace any components in the charger.
DISCLAIMER

battery life and may impact the overall performance of the e-bike. Use this
feature responsibly and be aware of your surroundings while riding at higher
speeds.
