Pipe Cover Range
Talon Pipe Cover has been designed to offer a compact, neat and easy solution where unsightly pipework needs to be covered. Available in 15, 22 & 28mm single and 10, 15 & 22mm double styles, it can be fitted directly onto the Talon Hinged Clips.

Pipe Cover Backplates
Replaces fixing bracket for installations not involving Talon Hinged Clips.
Spacing between back plates: No more than 1 meter apart.

How to -Talon Pipe Cover

How to install Talon Pipe Cover
Talon Pipe Cover is specially designed to grip and hold Talon Hinged Clips. Cover is available for single or double pipe installations. Pipe Cover is fully adaptable for use with non Hinged Clip specifications (see page 3 TBC)

Required for Install…
Typical parts required to install a length of Pipe Cover includes;

  • Talon Hinged Clips
  • Talon Red or Brown Wall Plugs
  • Size 10 countersunk screws
  • Installation pipework.

Step 1
Drill holes then install Talon Hinged Clips & Talon Wall Plugs with screws on fixing surface. Space clips no more than 500mm apart along the Pipe Cover.
Step 2
Install pipe then place Pipe Cover over Hinged Clips. Note the cover fixing points are specially designed to grip the side lugs of Talon Hinged Clips.

Step 3
Push the Pipe Cover and Hinged Clip fixing points together to close the installation.
Repeat for additional coverings adding Talon extension accessories where needed.

Required for Install…
A typical cover installation involving backing plates will need additional fixings. Backing plates required;

  • Talon Open Clips or other clips fit for a pipework install.
  • Talon Red or Brown Wall Plugs
  • Size 10 countersunk screws

Step 1
Drill required holes and fix the backing plates and pipe clips. Backing plates should be spaced no more than 500mm apart along the pipe cover installation.

Step 2
Install the pipework. Note the backing plate sits under the pipework. A minimum gap of 7mm is required between the fixing surface and the installed pipe.

Step 3
Place the pipe cover over the installation and push fixing points together to finish the installation. Repeat process for additional Pipe Cover.

How to – Pipe Cover Accessories

Talon Pipe Cover Accessories combine in a variety of ways to cover installation work.
Accessories are easy fit using uPVC Solvent Weld Glue. The Skirting Crossover T Connector allows Talon Skirting Cover to be connected to Talon Pipe Cover.
