Before Use
- Please carefully review the provided instructions and take heed of all stated warnings.
- Keep the manual in a safe place.
- Maintain the operational temperature within the range of 32°F – 113°F / 0 – 45℃.
- Use only accessories specified by the manufacturer.
- Do not place the SMUG on the pad without any contents and heat it up.
- Be sure to use a dry cloth to clean the pad.
- Refrain from placing metal or magnetic items like coins, keys, or cards on the pad.
- Clean the SMUG by handwashing only; do not use a dishwasher.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or reassemble the device unless performed by professional maintenance personnel.
- This product is designated for indoor use only and is not intended for outdoor or commercial purposes.

Usage
Instruction about mug heating mode.
Connection and Usage
- Connect the USB-C charger to the product.
- Place the mug in the center of the pad. Ensure the sensor button is pressed down correctly to initiate heating.
- Adjust the heating temperature by pressing and holding the touch button.
Usage
The operational status is conveyed through the LED indicator situated on the
front panel of the pad.

The water temperature in the SMUG is consistently maintained within the set
range of 104 ~ 161.6℉ (40 ~ 72℃).
Due to other environmental factors of the mug and the volume of water, there
might be some variations in the water temperature.Using a regular mug instead
of our specialized product, Smug, will not result in heating.
When the Smug is placed on the sensor button and pressed, it will
automatically switch to the heating mode.
Wireless Charging
How to use
Ensure the pad is clear of metal objects and refrain from pressing the sensor
button to prevent heating.
Position a wireless charging smartphone at the center of the pad, and verify
the charging status using the top indicator.
The LED indicator on the front of the pad displays the operational status.
Wireless charging begins when the smart device is placed on the pad,
regardless of its power on/off status.

Place the mobile device in the center of the pad. Check the charging icon
displayed on the mobile device for its charging status.For safety, avoid placing metal objects
like coins, keys, or cards between the pad and mobile phone, as this could
lead to overheating and damage to both the product and the phone.

Safety Information
This is to protect the user and prevent losing property. Be sure to read and use the product correctly before use.
- Do not use a damaged power cord, plug, or loose outlet.
- Do not touch the product, power cord, plug, or outlet with wet hands.
- Do not pull on the power cord with excessive force.
- Do not bend or damage the power cord.
- Do not place the product where there is a possibility of overheating.
- If the plug is inserted into the USB-C / USB charging terminal, be careful not to apply shock or pressing force to the plug.
- Do not expose it to high temperatures for an extended period or put it in a microwave.
- The recommended usage and storage temperature range is 0℃ to +45℃ (32°F to +113°F).
- Although it is water-resistant, if the product comes into contact with water, beverages, medicine, cosmetics, sweat, or moisture, do not turn on the power. Clean it with a dry cloth and then have it checked by a service center. (Failure due to product submersion may be subject to a fee and may not be repairable, regardless of the warranty period.)
- Never disassemble, repair, or modify. (We do not take any responsibility for damage to the product caused by improper use, carelessness, or disassembly.)
- Do not store the product near magnetic objects such as magnets, TVs, monitors, and speakers.
- Although it is designed to be shock-resistant, do not subject the product to strong impacts.
- Even if the warranty period has passed, you can receive follow-up service through paid service as outlined below:
- Failure or damage due to user carelessness.
- Failure due to input power mismatch.
- Damage caused by flooding or natural disasters.
