Product Usage Instructions
To assemble the Blue River Condensate Drain Pan, please follow these steps:
- Before mounting the drain pan to the bracket, insert the heating cable into the housing provided.
- Secure the drain pan to the wall bracket using the telescopic brackets and fastening slots.
- Ensure proper positioning by adjusting the rack for telescopic brackets.
- Connect the condensate collection pipettes to the drain pan.
- If applicable, connect the heating cable to the designated passing hole and use the cable gland to fasten it.
Note: The operation of inserting the cable into the housing should be
done before assembling the drain pan to the bracket.
For more detailed instructions on mounting the drain pan to the wall bracket,
please refer to page 3 of the user manual.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
- LAY THE TELESCOPIC ANCHORING BRACKETS 2 ON THE ARM OF THE WALL BRACKETS 8 AND FIX THEM TO THE SLOTS USING THE SCREWS 3 . (IF THERE IS NO HOLE, ARRANGE FOR DRILLING.)
- LAY THE DRAIN PAN 1 ON THE HOUSING 9 AND LE IT SLIDE ONTO THE DESIRED POSITION AND BLOCK IT WITH THE BLOCKING THREADED PIN 7 .
- INSERT THE PIPE COLLECTED CONDENSATE 5 IN THE SEAT PREPARED.

- AND PLACE THE HEAD OF THE CABLE ON THE STARTING POSITION 14
- ROUTE THE CABLE AND PUSH IT INTO ITS FLOWER-SHAPED HOUSING 6 TILL THE END
- CLOSE THE CABLE GLAND 13 TO FASTEN THE HEATING CABLE 11
- FIX THE CONDENSATE DRAIN PIPETTE 5
ATTENTION: THE OPERATION MUST BE CARRIED OUT BEFORE ASSEMBLING THE
CONDENSATE DRAIN PUMP TO THE BRACKET.

- INSERT THE CABLE GLAND 13 INTO THE REAR HOLE OF THE DRAIN PAN 12 AND FIX IT SLIGHTLY AS SHOWN ON THE.
- ROUTE THE CABLE TAKING CARE TO POSITION THE SIGN AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTO 11 AND PUSH IT INTO ITS FLOWER-SHAPED HOUSING 6 TILL THE END, TIGHTEN THE CABLE GLAND 13 .
- INSERT THE REMAINING HEATING CABLE 11 INTO THE DRAIN.

WARRANTY
The warranty is valid for 2 (two) years from the delivery date indicated on
the delivery note / waybill. The supplier company guarantees the quality of
the materials used and the correct construction of the components. The
warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing defects and refers to
the supply of spare parts of any components featuring defects, without any
compensation, interest or claim for damages. The warranty does not cover the
replacement of components damaged due to: incorrect transportation;
installation not compliant with that specified in this installation, use and
maintenance manual; non-observance of product technical specifications;
Anything else that is not linked to original faults of the material or
production provided that the customer complaint is covered by the guarantee
and a claim is made within the time limit and in the way requested by the
supplier, the same supplier will commit, at their own discretion, to replace
or repair any product or part of product showing signs of faults or defects.
DISPOSAL
At the end of its useful life, the product must not be disposed of with
household waste. It can be deposited at a dedicated recycling centre run by
local councils, or at retailers who provide such a service. To highlight the
requirement to dispose of household electrical items separately, there is a
crossed-out waste paper basket symbol on the product.
