-
System Setup:
-
Connect the MWLI-MB as shown in the diagram.
-
Power on the MWLI-MB and verify that the System LED is flashing green.
-
Activate the probe by approaching the WineCapKey and waiting for 2 flashes as a test.
-
Remove the WineCapKey after activation.
-
Verify the LED flashes to ensure proper functionality.
Different flash patterns indicate different radio signal qualities. -
Installation Guidelines:
-
Position the MWLI-MB at the intended location and power it on. Choose a central position if possible, avoiding metal obstructions and reinforced concrete structures.
-
Verify the GSM signal and ensure that the distance between the WSN and GSM antennas is greater than 50cm.
-
Move the probe to the selected location, ensuring good radio signal quality. Outdoor probes should be placed upward and north-oriented to avoid tampering.
-
If needed, add routers to extend the radio signal. Couple a router to the system, position it upward among obstacles and people, and select a strategic point among the plant.
-
You can use the WD04T tester probe to measure the radio signal level. Couple the probe to the system, activate the test, and declare the radio reference in a specific point (router address or zero for MWDG-MB).
-
For more detailed instructions regarding the network and installation process, refer to the “WINECAP User Manual.pdf” located on the CD.
