YOM KIPPUR REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL FOOD

  • Heating times may vary depending on your oven
  • Keep perishable food refrigerated overnight
  • Remove all food from the refrigerator approximately one hour prior to heating
  • Pre-heat oven to 350º

MATZO BALL SOUP
heat gently in saucepan over a low flame until hot

SOY GINGER GLAZED SALMON
heat uncovered for 6-8 minutes

BEEF BRISKET
pour au jus over brisket, cook covered for 15-20 minutes

FRIED CHICKEN
heat uncovered for 20-25 minutes

QUICHE
heat covered for 20-25 minutes

LATKES
heat uncovered for 8-12 minutes

APPLE PIE
heat uncovered oven for 20-25 minutes

KUGEL
heat covered for 10-15 minutes

MACARONI & CHEESE
heat covered for 30 – 35 minutes

CREAMED SPINACH
heat covered for 15 minutes and then uncovered for 5 minutes
