PRESENTATION

The Bench 900 is a weight training device for strengthening abdominal muscles and for weight training with dumbbells.

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS

Consult your doctor before starting any exercise program. This is particularly important if you are over 35 or have experienced health problems before.
It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that all users of the product are properly informed of all the user precautions. CORENGTH declines all responsibility for complaints regarding injury or for damage inflicted on any person or property caused by the purchaser or any other person using or misusing this product.

  • This product is intended for domestic use only.
  • Do not use the product in a commercial, rental or institutional context.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the product in good condition after setting it up and before each use.
  • To protect your feet while exercising, wear sports shoes.
  • DO NOT wear loose clothing that could become caught in the machine.
  • Remove all jewellery.
  • Tie long hair back so that it does not get in the way when exercising.
  • The equipment must be placed on a flat, stable surface.
  • If you experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain or any other abnormal symptoms, immediately stop your workout and see your doctor.
  • Leave enough space around the apparatus in order to exercise in complete safety.
  • Before each use, make sure your product is locked (pins engaged).

For your own safety, inspect your apparatus regularly

If you are a beginner, start by exercising for several weeks with the options, until your body becomes accustomed to building up your muscles Warm up before each session by doing cardio-vascular exercises, series without weights, or floor exercises and stretching. Gradually increase the number of exercises and series Make all the movements smoothly, without any jerking. Always keep your back flat and avoid bending your back in any direction during the movements.
When doing bench presses, always keep your line of sight below the bar. Beginners should do series of 10 to 15 repetitions, usually in four series per exercise, with a minimum breather between each series. The length of your breaks may be recommended by your doctor during a medical check-up. Alternate the groups of muscles.

Do not exercise all your muscles every day but spread your various exercises over several days.
COMMERCIAL WARRANTY
CORENGTH guarantees this product under normal usage conditions for 5 years for the structure, and 2 years for other parts and labour, from the date of purchase as shown on the receipt.

CORENGTH’s obligation in compliance with this warranty is limited to the product’s replacement or repair, at CORENGTH’s discretion.
This warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Damage caused during transportation
  • Use and/or storage of the product outdoors or in a damp environment (except for trampolines)
  • Poor assembly
  • Misuse or abnormal use
  • Poor maintenance
  • Repairs made by technicians not approved by CORENGTH
  • Usage outside of a domestic setting
    This guarantee does not cancel the legal guarantee applicable in the country of purchase.
