  • The Procuct bateries are dasigned to work in temperalures between -4°F and 120°F (-20°C and 49°C). The Procuct can be damaged and battery ife shortened f stored or operated outside of these temperatures.
    DO NOT expose battery to intense heat or cispose in a fire as this may resultin an explosion.

  • DONOT expose tointense sunliht o temperalures above 120°F (49°C).

  • DONOT expose fo moisture or submerge in iquid.

  • AWl batteries lose eneray from selr-Gischarge over fime, especilly at higher temperatures. When the Productis not i use, we recommend that the battery s charged at least every tree (3) months.
    IMPORTANT : Use only with Listed/Certifiec ITE Power Supply.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Power Level Check
When powered OFF
Briefl tap POWER button ance and release. The BLUE lights wil indicate the power status.

  • 3 lights indicate a full charge.
  • 1 light ndicates a low charge and Product should be recharged When powered ON

BLUE lights will continuously indicate heat status (see above).
Temperature Mode
‘The product contains a heating element that heats around the main bady for continuous warmth.

To turn the Product ON:

  • Press and hold POWER button for § secands to fur unit ON. The Product will povior0n i the LOW (SINGLE BLUE LIGHT) temperaturo stting

  • Ezch press of the POWER bution willincecse the temperature sefting ons evel.
    1 light = LOW heat setiing.
    ~21ights = MEDIUM heat setting.
    — 31ights = HIGH heat setiing.

  • Press POWER to cydle the Product through the following settings:
    — BLUE Lights: LOW (nifial stting) > MEDIUM > HIGH

  • Repeatdly press POWER to oyclefo the next desired stting.

  • Prolonged contact with skin wil reduce operating time and temperature.

TIP : To achieve meximum temperature, power ON the Product indoors before going outside. Powering ON outside in excessively cold or windy conditions may reduce performance.
TIP : To maximize operating time, it s recommended to use this Product within a clothing pocket. Operating time may b reduced when directly exposed to colder temperatures (outside of a pocket).

Powering OFF the Product
Press and hold POWER button for 5 seconds to tum unit OFF.
Lanyard Installation & Usage

‘Some Product configurations may include a neck Tanyard. I included, push the smal end of the fanyard thrsthe hole in the Product until contact with the piastic clp s made (Fig A).

  • Feed the opposite larger end of the lanyard thru the smaller oop sticking out o form a self-tightening Toop (Fg B).
  • Continuz feecing the lanyard thru unilonly the small diameter thread s touching the Procuct Fig C).
  • Side toggle to back offanyard. Place lanyard around neck TIP: For optimum comfort, adjust the heigh of the Product on your body by adusting the togale. The toggle should be placed behind the rieck when worn correctly.

Recharging the Product
“The Product is shipped with a partial charge and MUST be fully charged before using the first time. Use ONLY the cherging cable proviced ith your Praduct to avaid the potential for overneating, lecking, or explosion. Follow the charging instructions below carefull.

  • Plug the small Micro USB end of the charging cable (inciuded) nto the smell USB port. Piug the large USB end inlo a suitable charging device or Listed!Ceriiied ITE Povrer Supply. Charging will begin automaticaly.

  • BLUE indicator Ights will bk to show the power level while charging:
    – 3lights indicate a full charge 1 light indicates a low charge

  • Periodically inspect the condition of the charging cable. Do not attempt to charge the Product if the charging cable s damaged. Contact Zippo for replacement options if your cable has become worn or broken.

  • After charging/recharging, disconnect the charging cable

  • When disconnecting the cord, be sure to pull by plug rather than cord to reduce the risk of damage.

  • Keep cherging cable aay from sharp edges.
    NOTE : When using a vehicles 12 volt DC accessory outlet as a charging source, be aware that some vehicles require you fo turn on the ignition to power the accessory oulet. Refer to your vehicie’s owner’s manual

Charging a Mobile Device

  • Ensure that the mobil device is appropriatsfor use with tis Prodct
  • Connect the large USB plug of the appropriate mobile device charging cable (not included) into the large USB port. The mabile device should begin to charge automaticall. The BLUE Product ight(s) will iluminate indicating power status. Upon removing the cable from the mobile device, the Product will awtomaticaly power OFF after zbout 10 seconds.

NOTE : While charging a mobile device, Product heat functions are disabled to prevent overneatiig. Remove device harging cable (ot included) to allow heat funclons T0 resume.

**** Safe Battery Disposal

  • Never dispose of batteries in th garbage. Disposal of batteries in the.
    garbage is unlavrul in he United States, under state and federal environmental laws and regulations. This symbol indicates that the  equipment must NOT be thrown into general weste but should be fl  collected separately and properly recycled under local reguiations.
    All rechargeable batteries will degrade over time, eventually —  imiting the batiery’s abty to retain a charge. This Product contains a  lithium on rechargeable battery pack, which must be disposed of  propery when it will o longer etain a charge.
