The collection consists of six different color palettes, each with a range of products to suit your needs. - Can you add items to an order once it has already been placed?
- Yes, you can! Please provide at least 72 hours notice. If you need to make last-minute additional requirements, contact us via phone or email (orders@graceandthorn.com) and have your order number ready.
- Can you change the elements of your order once it has already been placed?
- Yes, you can! If you want to change a color palette or add/deduct items from your order, we require one week’s notice. We understand that decisions can be indecisive, and we’re here to accommodate your needs.
- Do you do bespoke bouquets?
- We can make small amendments to the color schemes if the current range doesn’t meet your preferences. Depending on availability, we may be able to add specific flowers, but this may come with an additional charge. We require a minimum of one week’s notice, so it’s best to place your order early to avoid disappointment.
- Can I book multiple deliveries?
- Yes, you can! We understand that you may want your bridal bouquet delivered separately from your table flowers. We do not charge for delivery at checkout. After submitting your delivery details online, we will contact you to organize timings, addresses, and payment.
- What do I do with the flowers afterward?
- After the big day, the flowers are yours to keep. You can take them home and place them around your house or give them out as gifts to your guests at the end of the evening.

- Perfect for Mums / additional VIP guests, lapel corsages are slightly bigger than the buttonholes and tied with twine. All corsages are supplied with enamel pins.
WRIST CORSAGE
- Not just for prom!
- Wrist corsages come with a neutral satin ribbon.
BUTTONHOLES
- G&T buttonholes are tied with twine and supplied with enamel pins ready to pin on straight away.
CROWN
- All G&T flower and foliage crowns come with a neutral satin ribbon and are available in two sizes – adult and child (perfect for flower girls).

Choose your perfect colour palette and receive seasonal hair pins for that extra floral touch! All hair flowers are attached to floral wire.

CAN YOU ADD ITEMS TO AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS ALREADY BEEN PLACED?
- Yes you can! We require at least 72 hours notice, however if you find yourself in a pickle we will always try our hardest to accommodate any last minute additional requirements. Just give us a call or send an email to orders@graceandthorn.com and have your order number ready.
- Yes you can! We require a weeks notice if you would like to change a colour palette or if you would like to add or deduct items from your order. Don’t worry, we can be indecisive too.
DO YOU DO BESPOKE BOUQUETS?
- We can make small amendments to the colour schemes if the current range does not tickle your fancy. Depending on availability we can look to add in specific flowers however this is not always possible and there may be an additional charge.
- We require a minimum of 1 weeks notice however it is always best to get your order in early to avoid disappointment.
CAN I BOOK MULTIPLE DELIVERIES?
- Yes you can! After years of experience working in the wedding industry we know that you may not necessarily want your bridal bouquet delivered with all your table flowers. We therefore do not charge you for delivery at checkout. Once you submit your delivery details online it will automatically select a free shipping method with a notice letting you know that a member of our team will be in touch to organise timings, address(es) and payment – Simple!
WHAT DO I DO WITH THE FLOWERS AFTERWARDS?
- Anything you like! Everything is yours to keep after the big day so you can take them and dot them around your home or give them out to guests as gifts at the end of the evening.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY FLOWERS?
- Buttonholes, flower crowns, hair pins and corsages (basically anything out of water) must be stored in a fridge or cool spot. Your bouquets will come in water, however be sure to keep any flowers or garlands out of any bright sunlight and a cool, dark spot is advisable for all.
CAN’T I JUST BUY AN ARRANGEMENT FROM THE WEBSITE AND CARRY THAT?
- Sadly no. Bridal bouquets are made much tighter than a standard Grace & Thorn bouquet so that the flowers don’t slip out of place as you are walking down the aisle, or later on when you are dancing to your favourite song on the dancefloor. It has to be durable especially if you want to press or dry it afterwards.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY JARS I WILL NEED ON MY TABLE?
- The best thing to do is call us on 020 7739 1521 or send us an email to orders@graceandthorn.com and we will be able to advise you on the quantity you need. The main answers you will need to have at the ready is if you are having long or round tables, how many guests per table and if you are having sharing plates or a traditional 3 course meal. The number of arrangements depends on the space you have to play with and how full you would like your table to look. Our jam jar and mayo jar arrangements are ordered in sets of 3.
WHEN SHOULD I GET MY FLOWERS DELIVERED?
- Bridal wear (bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, hair accessories) should be booked to arrive the day before your wedding.
- If you have ordered venue flowers such as vase arrangements or tables flowers, these can be delivered separately to the venue (within London only) on the day of your wedding.
- We advise that you check with your venue co-ordinator if they have any delivery restrictions. Please note that it is a delivery service only and installation is not an option.
- Deliveries within London take place Monday – Sunday.
- Deliveries outside of London take place Tuesday-Saturday via our trusted courier DPD.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?
- We would suggest you get your flower order in as soon as possible to avoid any stress however we only need 72 hours notice to turn your wedding flowers around. Wahey!
WHAT COLOUR RIBBON WILL BE USED?
- For the bridal, bridesmaid and flower girl bouquets, and for floral crowns and wrist corsage, a neutral toned ribbon will be used. Buttonholes and lapel corsages will be bound with twine.
- If you have your own ribbon you’d like us to use, get in touch and we can discuss if this will be possible.
