Important Precautions

When using this product for the first time, you may experience mild discomfort or slight bleeding of the gums. This is because the gums are not used to the high vibration frequency of the toothbrush. The Gum Care mode is recommended for first use. If symptoms persist after
two weeks, please cease the use of the product.
This product complies with the safety standards for electromagnetic devices. For any questions about cardiac pacemakers or other implanted devices, please consult your doctor or the supplier of the implanted device before using the toothbrush. -
This product is only designed to clean teeth, gums, and tongue; do not use it for other purposes.

Users with dental restorations (crowns, bridges), orthodontic treatments, and dental implants should use the toothbrush under the guidance of a dentist. Consult your dentist or doctor if experiencing significant bleeding, discomfort, pain, or other medical concerns.

This product is not suitable for use by children, people with physical disabilities or certain sensory and mental impairments, or people acutely inexperienced in the practices of oral hygiene. Please use this product safely under the supervision of others and be aware of the potential risks.

This product has a built-in rechargeable battery. Do not leave the product near fire or other heat sources, or charge, use, or store it in a high-temperature environment.

Do not place the charging components of this product in a humid environment or in water. Do not charge when there is liquid in the charging port.
- Do not expose the appliance or battery to excessive temperatures.
- Be aware of the risk of terminals of the battery-operated appliance or battery being shortcircuited by metal objects.
- To ensure the effectiveness of battery charging, please charge within the temperature range of 0°C to 45°C to avoid situations where the battery may not charge fully or the charging performance may be poor.
- This appliance contains batteries that are non-replaceable. When the battery is at end of life, the appliance shall be properly disposed of.
- If you discover any battery leakage, immediately stop using the device and dispose of it in accordance with local environmental laws and guidelines. Do not dispose of the leaked battery. together with ordinary household waste.
Important Precautions
- Regularly check whether the power supply unit is damaged. If damaged, please stop using it immediately and replace it right away.
- Do not slam or drop this product. If the product is damaged, particularly the brush handle and brush head, stop using it. Do not modify or repair this product by yourself.
- Do not use harsh chemicals to clean this product.
- Do not use this product while bathing or showering.
- Do not share brush heads with others.
- It is recommended to replace the brush head every three months. If the brush head is damaged or deformed, replace it right away.
- This product can only be used with Laifen’s special brush heads. Laifen is not responsible for the consequences of using other brush head products not officially certified.

Instructions for Use
Installing and replacing brush heads
Installation: With the front of the brush head aligned with that of the
toothbrush handle, press down the brush head onto the handle. Ensure that
there is a small gap between the two parts. (The gap is necessary for
operation, and is not a sign of malfunction) Replacement: Hold the handle of
the toothbrush and pull the brush head upwards with a little
force. Refer to installation instructions to install a new brush head.
Powering on and off and switching between brushing modes
Press the button once quickly to power on the toothbrush, and press twice to switch between brushing modes
- Gum Care mode: Suitable for first-time users and users with sensitive teeth;
- Gentle Clean mode: Suitable for daily use.
- Ultimate White mode: Suitable for users targeting tartar removal and superior cleaning results.
Pause or close: In any mode, press the button once quickly to pause the electric toothbrush, which will automatically power off after 10 seconds.
Additional Intelligent Features – Everything is at Your Fingertips

Intelligent Wake-up:Simple pick up the electric toothbrush to activate stand-by mode.

Duration Reminder: use for two minutes, the toothbrush will steadily vibrate and then shut off
(pause will not reset the timer, and the timer will restart after turning off); Every 30 seconds, the toothbrush will vibrate twice intermittently to remind you to change brushing areas (can be turned off in the Laifen app). -
Airplane mode: In any mode, press and hold the button for one second to activate airplane mode, and press and hold again for one second to turn off airplane mode.
Installing the Laifen App
Download Laifen App by scanning the QR code and sign up.
To set up the app, please ensure that the toothbrush is turned on with the power indicator light illuminated. If the light turns off, the toothbrush will enter low-power sleep mode, and Bluetooth functionality will become unavailable.
Open the App, enter the device scanning interface, and tap to add your device. The Laifen toothbrush will appear as (LFTB01-P-XXXX). The final four digits represent the device ID number.
After successfully connecting, the toothbrush power indicator light will illuminate in blue (refer to the table below for standard power indicator lights).

Indicator Light Status
- Green light constantly on
- Yellow light is constantly on
- Red light blinks once every 0.5 seconds

Charging
The toothbrush will need to be fully charged prior to first-time use. Please

- To properly connect the bottom of the toothbrush to the magnetic charging cable, plug it in gently to prevent damaging the toothbrush surface.
- Charge using an AC 100-240V, 50-60Hz power outlet.
- Note that the power adapter is not included.Customer must use a 5V, IPX4 adapter to ensure electrical safety.
Recycling
When discarding the electric toothbrush, make sure to remove the battery and take it to an officially recycling center. Alternatively, you can take the electric toothbrush to an officially recycling center.
Only remove the rechargeable battery when you are discarding the electric toothbrush. Ensure that the battery is completely drained before removing it. Step-by-step guide to recycling the battery:
a. Unplug the power supply of the electric toothbrush
b. Turn off the electric toothbrush
c. Unscrew the bottom cover of the electric toothbrush
d. Remove the back cover
e. Remove the battery
*Do not connect the electric toothbrush to the power supply after removing the battery
The symbol indicates that this product and/or battery should not be disposed of with household waste. When you decide to dispose of this product and/or its battery, do so in accordance with local environmental laws and guidelines
Troubleshooting
If the toothbrush was to malfunction, all three gear indicator lights will
light up and the power indicator light will flash at a frequency of one flash
every two seconds. The button function will not work. Please contact customer
service for support..

To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Return the product with all accessories and gifts.
- Return them in their original packaging.
- Provide valid proof of the purchase.
Ensure the product and accessories are resalable, please be advised that unsealed toothbrush heads may not be eligible for return.
Returns shipping costs:
- Returns caused by product quality issues will have shipping costs covered by Laifen.

Power-on and Get Started
Step One
Install the appropriate brush head
Step Two
Long press for 3 seconds to unlock Airplane Mode
- Gently press the button
- There is a 1 mm gap between the brush head and the body, which is normal.
Step Three
Single-click to power on / pause Double-click to switch the brushing mode
- Gum Care Mode: Suitable for first-time users and users with sensitive teeth.
- Gentle Clean Mode: Suitable for daily use.

Step Three

Step Four
Adjust the vibration frequency and amplitude to customize your exclusive
brushing profile.
Scientific Brushing
Step One
Wet the brush head, squeeze an appropriate amount of toothpaste onto the brush
head, and insert the brush head into your mouth before pressing the switch.
Step Two
Clean the teeth in the order of the outside, biting surface, and inside of the
teeth.
Step Three
Clean the interdental spaces at a 45-degree angle, and clean the biting
surface at a 90-degree angle.
Step Four
Turn off the switch, rinse the brush head with water, and store them in a cool
and dry place.

Laifen One-Year Limited Guarantee Laifen offers a one-year limited warranty for both the Laifen electric toothbrush and its original charging cable. Within one year from the date of purchase, if your product fails to function properly due to material or workmanship defects, we will provide repair or replacement services. Please note that depending on the availability of stock, the replacement unit may come in a different color or be an equivalent model.
What is not covered under warranty:
- Brush heads.
- Purchase from unauthorized resellers.
- Warranty period is expired. •Without proof of purchase.
- The product has been modified, altered or repaired unofficially.
- Use the product for any other purpose than brushing teeth.
- Damage caused by operations which are not in accordance with Laifen user manual.
- Damage caused by any misuse or accident.
- Damage caused by excessive usage considered as normal wear and tear.
