Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Connect the USB-C end of the adapter to the USB-C port of your computer or device.

Step 2: Connect one end of an HDMI cable to the HDMI port 1 of the adapter.

Step 3: Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port of your first display.

Step 4: Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the second display, connecting the HDMI cable to the HDMI port 2 of the adapter and the HDMI port of the second display.

Note: Make sure that your computer or device supports DP-Alt mode for video signal transmission. Refer to your computer’s manual for compatibility information.

Note: When using this adapter with two external displays, the maximum resolution and refresh rate is 4K at 30Hz per HDMI port.

Note: Multi Stream Transport (MST) allows you to display different images on each connected display and is supported on Windows (7/8/10/11) devices. Single Stream Transport (SST) displays the same image on all connected displays and is supported on MacOS, iOS, ChromeOS, and Android devices.

• MST resolution: When using this product with 2 external displays the maximum resolution and refresh rate is 4K at 30Hz per HDMI port.
