- Use the tool according to the instructions in this manual. Use it only for its intended purpose.
- Never direct the air impact wrench towards people, animals, or plants.
- The air impact wrench produces a loud noise level. Wear appropriate hearing protection. All persons in the vicinity of the work area must wear suitable hearing and eye protection.
- Wear protective clothing like safety goggles and work gloves as well as a face mask.
- Always wear appropriate work clothing. Wear tight-fitting clothing and non-slip footwear. Use a hair net to cover long hair. Jewellery and loose clothing may get caught in moving parts of the tool.
- Do not let the device run at full speed without loading.
- Always disconnect the air impact wrench from the compressed air supply when the tool is not in use. Disconnect it also before carrying out maintenance work or before replacing the tool accessories (socket, etc.).
- Ensure that all connections and hoses are properly attached and in good working order. Loose hoses can pose a serious risk of injury.
- Before using the air impact wrench and its accessories, inspect them carefully to ensure that they are not damaged. Do not use them if you notice any damage.
- Only use sockets that are specifically designed for pneumatic impact wrenches.

Product description
This tool has a reversible spindle that drives a hammer. This hammer periodically hits an anvil that includes a drive adapter. This is intended to tighten or loosen screws and nuts without the power tool causing a major torque reaction.
Use
This product is the perfect assembly tool for working on cars, trucks, boats,
construction equipment, excavator steel chains and more.
Air line
Use a ¼″ air hose to connect the compressor and tool. The compressed air is
cooled and the water it contains is separated when the air leaves the
compressor. However, some of the water condenses in the pipeline and can get
into the mechanism of the tool. This may lead to malfunctions of the device.
Install an air filter and oiler between the compressor and the tool. Use a
compressor with 3 hp or more for each tool.

Tools used
Only use sockets and adapters that are in perfect condition. The sockets and
adapters provided for this pneumatic tool are specified as square drive
sockets in the technical data table.
Safety
- When working with this device, always wear suitable eye, hearing, and mouth protection as well as gloves to minimize the risk of injury.
- The workplace must be well ventilated.
- Release the on/off switch if the power supply and the compressed air supply fail.
Operation
On/off switch
The switch is located inside or outside of the handle. It is a dead man’s
switch. As soon as you release the trigger, the tool will stop rotating. Wait
a few moments until the tool has stopped rotating completely.
For safety reasons, place it on a flat surface or in a holder.
Speed adjuster
You can freely set the speed in three steps by turning the rotary knob. 1 is
the lowest speed, 3 the highest.
Direction of rotation
Make sure that the direction of rotation is correct before operating the tool.
The letter “F” indicates forward rotation, the letter “R” indicates reverse
rotation. Forward rotation always refers to a clockwise rotation from the
point of view from operator.
Maintenance
Lubrication
Before connecting the hose, apply 4 to 5 drops of spindle oil to the air
inlet. Using thicker oil can cause poor performance or malfunction. If thicker
oil is accidentally used, wash it off immediately. In addition, oiling is
required every 3–4 hours of operation.
Storage
Do not store the device in a place with high humidity. If the tool is stored
immediately after use, residual moisture inside the tool can lead to rust
formation. Before storage and after operation, oil the tool at the air inlet
with spindle oil and operate it briefly.
