Product Usage Instructions
- Step 1 – Preparation:
- Ensure that the surfaces where the panels will be installed are clean and free of dust or debris. Use a damp cloth or decorators wipe to remove any surface dust.
- Step 2 – Layout:
- Mark out the locations where the panels will be installed. Take note of any obstructions that may interfere with your planned layout.
- It is recommended to avoid cutting the panels whenever possible. Instead, try to move them up to 300mm (12 inches) for easier installation.
- Step 3 – Optional Adhesive Application:
- To slightly improve performance, apply a thin bead of adhesiveto the flat sections on the back of the panel. The inner square is the best area to apply the adhesive.
- Please note that this step is optional and will result in the panels being firmly stuck to the wall.
- Step 4 – Panel Installation:
- Fix the panel in place using four 25mm black drywall screws.
- The screws should be inserted through the countersunk holes moulded into the panel face.
- In most cases, there is no need for pre-drilling or using wall fixing plugs. However, ensure that the panel is fixed safely and securely.

Surfaces where panels will be installed must be clean with no dust or debris which may interfere with the installation. We recommend using a damp cloth or decorators wipe to ensure that the area is free of surface dust.
-
STEP 2 – LAYOUT
Mark out where the panels will be installed. Pay attention for obstructions that may interfere with your planned layout.
C-ATS is designed to be a flexible and forgiving solution. Panels can be moved as much as 300mm (12”) without major impact on the performance. It is easier and better to move a panel than to cut the panel wherever possible. -
STEP 3 – OPTIONAL – APPLY ADHESIVE
This step is optional but does result in slightly improved performance at the expense of firmly sticking the panels to the wall behind.
Apply a thin bead of adhesive to the flat sections on the back of the panel.
In particular the inner square is the best place to apply the adhesive. -
STEP 4 – FIX WITH SCREWS
The panel should be fixed in place with 4x 25mm black drywall screws. These should be fixed through the countersunk holes moulded into the panel face.
In most cases there is no requirement to pre-drill or use wall fixing plugs, however it is the responsibility of the installer to ensure that the panel is fixed safely and securely.
