K-PO TGV Train Horn 12V Compressor User Manual
Thank you for choosing the K-PO air compressor
The K-PO air compressor is designed to work with air horns. With optional
accessories it can also be used for pumping bicycle and vehicle tires,
airbeds, inflatable toys and other applications.
Can easily be installed in vehicles that have an 12 volt (13.8V) power source, like an automotive battery. Due it’s compact size it don’t need many space to be built-in.
Cautions
The K-PO air compressor can only be used with an 12 volt (13.8V) power source, like an automotive battery. The red wire is (+), the black wire is (-). Other voltages can damage your compressor.
When the K-PO air compressor is being used or working keep the engine of your vehicle running for a good performance of the compressor and to avoid that your battery will go empty.
Be sure that all hoses and optional accessories are connected in the correct way to avoid dangerous situations. When using optional accessories always keep an eye on what you are doing.
Use and install the K-PO air compressor in a dry place. Wet conditions can damage your compressor.
Release regularly the air (moisture) from the tank by opening the bolt at the bottom of the tank. Be sure that the bolt is tightened properly before using the compressor again.
Don’t drop or hit the K-PO air compressor with any heavy objects. This can damage the tank and parts, which can make it stop working correctly. In case of any damage don’t use the compressor!
For a good operation the duty cycle of the K-PO air compressor is 10 minutes. If the compressor is used continuously for 10 minutes it needs 10 minutes to cool down to avoid damage to the engine and parts. It will extend the life of your compressor.
