Getting Started
Loading Battery
Inserting SD Card
Notes:
- Press the memory card with your fingernail and it will eject
- Memory card rating must be Class 10 or This camcorder supports up to 256GB memory card.
- Do not remove the SD card during It may cause data loss or device damage.
Charging Battery
Open the USB port cover on the device.
Connect the camcorder to the charging adapter (package not included) with USB
cable to charge the battery.
The “CHG” indicator light will be red during charging and the indicator light
will be turned off when fully charged
Power On/Off
Power On: Open the LCD monitor and the camcorder will automatically turn on. If the monitor has been opened, press and hold POWER button to turn on the device. Power Off: Close the LCD monitor or press POWER button to turn off the device.
Formatting Memory Card
To ensure the stable operation of the memory card, please format it according
to the following steps when the first use or changing it.
Power on the camera. Press MODE button. Touch Setup icon.
Push W/T button to select Format. Press PHOTO button to confirm.
Touch Yes icon to complete the formatting.

Note: The date and time will automatically update when the camcorder is connected to the smartphone.

Power on the camcorder → Press MODE button → Touch Video icon on the screen to
enter Video Mode.
Press MENU button to set the optional functions. Please refer to section of
Setting Video.
Push the W/T button to adjust zoom. Press the REC button to start recording.
Press the PHOTO button to pause/continue recording. Press the REC button to
stop recording.
Setting Video
In the video mode, press the MENU button to enter the video setting interface.
Push W/T button to select the options.
Press the PHOTO button to confirm.
Touch icon to back to the previous menu.
Note: When using the Slomo function, the video resolution can only be set to HD. If setting it to other resolutions, the Slomo function is automatically turned off.

Power on the camcorder → Press MODE button → Touch Camera icon on the screen
to enter Photo Mode.
Press MENU button to set the optional functions. Please refer to section of
Setting Photo.
Press W/T button to adjust the zoom.
Half press PHOTO button to focus and fully press PHOTO button to take a photo.
Setting Photo
In the photo mode, press the MENU button to enter the photo setting interface.
Push W/T button to select the options.
Press the PHOTO button to confirm.

Playback Mode
Press MODE button → Touch Playback icon on the screen.
Touch Video icon or Photo icon to enter the file preview interface.
When browsing the video, touch to play, press PHOTO button to pause
or continue playing.
Touch MENU icon to enter delete or protect function interface → Push W/T
button to select → Press PHOTO button to enter the next menu → Touch YES or NO
icon to end the selection.

Slide Show Mode
Press MODE button → Touch Slide Show icon on the screen
Press PHOTO button to start play
Press MENU button to select the interval time for each picture, 3 Seconds, 5
Seconds,10 Seconds options are available.
Remote Control
Open the battery compartment cover of the remote controller. Insert two 1.5v
AAA batteries (Package not included).
Close the battery compartment cover.
The distance of the remote control is approximately 10m.

Note: When the camcorder is connected to the phone, use the remote controller which can only switch it off and disconnect the Wi-Fi connection.
Using App
Downloading the APP
Using the browser of smartphone to scan the QR code or search for “VD Cam(Video Dimension Camera)” on App Store. For Android users, search for “VD Cam” on Google Play.
Connecting Wi-Fi
Power on the device.
Press MODE button → Touch Wi-Fi icon on the screen.
Open Wi-Fi on your smartphone, and then search for the Wi-Fi name OPZM-10-SSID
number, enter the default password: 12345678.
Open the app, touch connect camera icon.
After connecting, you can set the parameters, start/stop recording, take
photos, view and download the footages and photos through your smartphone.
Notes:
- Do not change the Wi-Fi name and password, it may affect the abnormal accessof the memory card.
- The maximum connection distance is approximately 10
- After the camcorder is connected to your smartphone, it can only be controlled hrough the app or remote controller to record or take photos, not the screen
Connecting to Computer & HD TV
Connecting to Computer
The camcorder can be used as a MSDC or PC camera.
- Power on the device.
- Connect the camcorder to computer with the USB cable.
- MSDC & PC Camera options display on the camcorder screen, push W/T button to select, then press PHOTO button to confirm.
Connecting to HD TV
Power on the device.
Connect the HD cable to the camcorder HD Out port.
Connect the other end of the cable to a High-Definition television.
Set the video input source of your TV to HDMI, then the preview screen will
display on the TV

Precautions and Maintenance
Precautions
Do not drop, impact or puncture the camera.
Do not expose the camera to high/low temperature, excessive dust, humidity or
strong vibration, otherwise the product may be damaged.1
Do not use corrosive chemicals or solvents to clean the product.
Keep children away from the product, accessories and packaging materials, it
may cause suffocation.
Do not put the product in a fire, otherwise it may cause an explosion.
Maintenance
If you do not use the camera for a long time, take out the camera battery and
place it in a dust-free, dry environment with a temperature no higher than
30℃.
Please fully discharge the battery at least once every 3 months after it has
beenfully charged.
If there is dust or dirt on the lens or screen, gently wipe it with a soft
lens cleaning cloth.
