Product Usage Instructions
Unboxing
- Take the air purifier out of the box and remove the plastic covering surrounding it. Keep the product box in a safe location for future use.
- Open the base of the air purifier, take out the filter, and remove its plastic packaging.
- Take the charger out of the filter.
How to Replace Filter
- When the LED light keeps flashing in red, it means the filter needs to be changed. It will also flash red if it is used for the first time.
- Invert the machine and rotate the base along the direction marked “OPEN”.
- Take out the old filter from the air purifier.
- Remove the packaging around the new filter.
- Install the filter into the machine.
- Then install the base, rotate and tighten it along the direction marked “CLOSE”.
- Note: Failure to properly place the filter and base on the air purifier may result in the air purifier not working properly.
Resetting the Filter Replacement Alert
When the air purifier detects that the filter reaches the saturation value, the LED light keeps flashing in red. After replacing with a new filter, the FILTER REPLACEMENT ALERT needs to be reset. Please restart the purifier and keep pressing the power button until the light stops blinking. If it is the first time using the air purifier, do not reset it.

Unboxing
- Take the air purifier out of the box and remove the plastic covering surrounding it. Please keep the product box in a safe location for future use.
- Open the base of the air purifier, take out the filter and remove its plastic packaging.

How to Replace Filter
Note
- Please remove the packaging from the filter before using it.
- Ensure the air purifier is unplugged before removing or installing the filter.
- Please wipe the dust on the filter regularly, do not wash or use it repeatedly.
- Please do not use other filters that are not designed for this air purifier.
- When the LED light keeps flashing in red, it means the filter needs to be changed. It flashes red if it is used for the first time. Operation method: turn on–press the power button until the red light stops flashing–is ok.
- Invert the machine, and rotate the base along the direction marked “OPEN”.
- Take out the old filter from the air purifier.
- Remove the packaging around the new filter.
- Install the filter into the machine.
- Then Install the base, rotate and tighten the base along the direction marked “CLOSE”.
Note: Failure to properly place the filter and base on the air purifier, may result in air purifier not working properly.

Maximum Purification Efficiency
- Keep 1 ft / 30cm away from where oxygen is being administered.
- To effectively clean air, keep windows and doors closed while the air purifier is on.
- Keep the inside of the air purifier dry. To prevent moisture buildup, avoid placing in rooms with major temperature changes or underneath air conditioners.
Names and Functions of Control Panel
Note: When the air purifier connects to the power outlet, it will beep for once, the lamp will turn on for 1 second and then turn off, this means that the air purifier is powered on.
Button Description

- Select mode–High–Mid–Low/Sleep
- Timer Button
- In APP: 24h available. 1-hour increments.1h-2h-3h…-24h
- In Panel: 4/8H timing available
- ( Note: if switch off the timer indicator, the air purifier will work continuously.)
- Wi-Fi Indicator
- Turns on, off, or blinks to indicate pairing status.
- Light Control Button
- Turns on, off, or flashing mode
- At L mode (sleep mode), the light will be automatically turned off. Click the light button, the light will be turned on again.
Connect the Power
- Please confirm that the input voltage is 100-240V 50/60Hz, and ensure that the power plug and your hands are dry before you insert the power cord plug into the outlet.
- Note: Contact Customer Service when the power cord or plug is damaged or the power outlet is loose.
- To replace the damaged power cord or plug, please visit Afloia website and contact service@afloia.com
- Keep the air purifier away from water, and wet or damp areas.
- Do not use in excessively humid areas.
- Keep the air purifier away from heat sources.
- Do not use where combustible gases, vapors, metallic dust, aerosol (spray) products, or fumes from industrial oil are present.
Afloia Home App Setup
- To download the Afloia Home app, scan the QR code or search “Afloia Home” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the Afloia Home app. Log In or Sign Up.
- Follow the in-app instructions to set up your smart air purifier.
Connect with your phone
The device can be automatically connected within two minutes after Wi-Fi is turned on.
- Turn on the air purifier and hold the Wi-Fi indicator for 5 seconds, the indicator will blink fast, which means Wi-Fi of the machine is turned on.
- Turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth of your mobile device, open the Afloia Home APP within two minutes, then the device will be automatically detected. Enter Wi-Fi password to finish the connection.
- If successful, Wi-Fi indicator keeps on, otherwise, the indicator keeps blinking.
Turn to manual connection if auto connection fails after Wi-Fi has been on 2 minutes
- Step 1: When the Wi-Fi indicator blinks fast:
- Make sure Wi-Fi of your mobile device be ON—Open Afloia Home APP, click to add Device—Add manually—Small home appliances—air purifier (WI-FI)–operate according to the APP prompts.
- ( Note: Only available for 2.4G network. Please switch to 2.4G network if currently under 5G.)
- Step 2:
- If the connection is still unsuccessful after following Step 1, please hold the Wi-Fi indicator for another 5 seconds. Then the Wi-Fi indicator will blink slow: Make sure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth of your mobile device be ON—Open Afloia Home APP, click to add Device—Add manually —Small home appliances—air purifier (Bluetooth+Wi-Fi)—operate according to the APP prompts.
Note
- Status of Wi-Fi indicator & its meaning:
- On & no blinking—Successful connection;
- Blinking fast—Wi-Fi of the air purifier is turned on;
- Blinking slow—Wi-Fi and Bluetooth of the air purifier are turned on;
- Off—Wi-Fi and Bluetooth of the air purifier are turned off;
- You can respectively switch from Blinking fast, Blinking slow and Off by hold the Wi-Fi indicator each 5 seconds.
- The Wi-Fi indicator will not blink while the machine is powered on or turned on.
- The connection will be cut off when power or network becomes off. Please restart to connect your device and the air purifier after the power and network get right.
APP Connection FAQ
- Q1: When the Wi-Fi indicator blinks slow, a message is displayed showing that the Smartlife network cannot be connected or found
- A: It may be slow to connect to Afloia Home App on mobiles for the first time. Please exit the App and reconnect, which should be finished within 2 minutes.
- Q2: When the Wi-Fi indicator blinks slow, password is needed for the connection to Smartlife
- A: Clink Settings on your device, go to “Afloia Home”, find the Local Network and switch it on.
- Q3: It is slow to add devices when the indicator blinks fast
- A: Please exit the App and try again. Please use a faster network, or switch to another connect mode
With More Devices
Please use “Share Device” if connecting with more devices is needed. The same Kiloplus can be shared to a number of mobile devices.

PLEASE NOTE: This air purifier has already been added on one Mobile devices, it cannot be added directly on another Mobile devices. This will cause the air purifier on the original Mobile devices to go offline.
Only Work with 2.4G Hz WiFi Network
- Select 2.4GHz WiFi network
- Note: Only available for 2.4G network. Please switch to 2.4G network if currently under 5G.
- When the mobile phone is connected to the air purifier, the WIFI indicator remains on.
- If the WIFI indicator flashes, it means that it has been disconnected from the previous mobile phone (the air purifier has changed Web environment or a new phone is connected to the air purifier)

Filter Replacement Cycle
- We recommend replacing the filter every 3-6 months. However, you may need to change your filters sooner or later depending on use frequency and air quality.
- For buying more filters, please visit Afloia website and contact Afloia customer service.
Maintenance
- Ensure the product is unplugged before maintenance.
- Do not immerse the air purifier into water or any liquid.
- Do not use abrasive, corrosive or flammable cleansers (such as bleach or alcohol) to clean any part of the unit.
- Do not wash the filter.
- Do not use a vacuum cleaner to clean the filter.
Cleaning and Storage
- Ensure the air purifier is powered-off and unplugged.
- Use a soft cloth with neutral cleanser to clean away any dust or debris from the surface of the air purifier and air intake/vent.
- If you do not use it for a long time, please turn on the air purifier for a few minutes from time to time to ensure a good performance.
- Please do not drop any water into the air purifier when cleaning the air outlet.

Intended use
- The device is used exclusively for cleaning the ambient air indoors.
- Please read these operating instructions before using the machine and please follow the safety instructions.
- The operating instructions must be kept available at all times.
Safety instructions
- Keep packing material, such as plastic wrapping, away from children! (Risk of suffocation)
- Please follow the safety instructions to prevent fire or electric shock.
- Only use the device indoors.
- Only use a socket that supplies the correct voltage (see rating plate).
- Do not modify or repair the device.
- Do not use the device if the power cable or mains plug is damaged or if the connection at the socket is not stable.
- Make sure that the power cable does not get crushed while you are using the device and that it cannot be damaged in any other way. Place the cable so that no one will trip over it. Do not pull the power cable tight.
- Disconnect the plug from the socket for cleaning purposes and whenever the device is not in use for a significant period of time.
- Do not touch the plug or the device if you have wet hands.
- Do not spray any insect repellent.
- Do not use in rooms where the device may come into contact with fuel vapour, oil vapour or metal dust.
- Do not use any volatile liquids, petroleum, kerosene, paint thinner or polishing paste to clean the device. Such liquids may damage the surface of the device.
- Do not expose the device to rain, water, moisture or high humidity, and do not set it up in a bathroom or kitchen next to a sink.
- Make sure that no foreign objects get into the outlet grilles.
- Do not use near a naked flame or sparks.
- The device is not suitable for removing harmful gases (carbon monoxide, e.g. from heating appliances).
- Unless they are supervised, the device must not be used by those(including children) with reduced, physical, sensory and mental abilities or who do not have the required experience and knowledge.
- Do not block the air intake or outlet.
- Do not expose the air purifier to direct sunlight, a naked flame or heat.
- Only use the air purifier in living quarters and within the specified technical parameters. Improper usage may pose a threat to life and health.
- Do not use the device near a smoke detector. Air blowing towards a smoke detector could delay the alarm or not trigger at all.
Caution
Risk of injury due to electric shock.
Always disconnect the mains plug prior to :
- Maintenance and cleaning
- Moving the device
- Changing the filter
Caution: Do not use any spray cans with flammable contents near to the air purifier!

Troubleshooting
Not following this user manual may result in your device not working.
Please read the following measures accordingly if you are having problems with

Is the air purifier in a place with a lot of smoke and odor?
| The performance of the air purifier may decrease over time if there is excessive smoke and odor in the area. To remedy this, please air out the room before using the air purifier.
Should I clean or replace my filter?
| Check the filter replacement indicator and clean or replace the filter if necessary.
Do you smell plastic?
| It is common that in the first uses the smell of plastic will be emitted.
It will eventually go away. If not, please contact service@afloia.com
Is there a burning smell?
| Turn off your air purifier, unplug it from the wall and contact service@afloia.com
The air purifier is not purifying the area well.

The air purifier may be placed in an area with no ventilation, or there is an obstacle near it.
| Ventilate the room and then use the product. Use the product in an area not exceeding its cover- age limit.
(Avoid placing the device where it is well ventilated like a door or window.)
Is there any dust in the pre-filter?| Wipe the Pre-Filter
Are there any objects
blocking the air intake/vent?
| Please remove any objects from the intake/vent.
Have you removed the filter from it’s packaging?
| The plastic bag of the filter may not have been removed, so please open the
cover and check if the plastic bag is removed.
Is the filter dusty? Maybe it is time to replace the filter.| Change the filter
