Product Usage Instructions

  1. Check all the components to ensure they are present.
  2. Take a Shelf Rail and place an insert square over the end of the tube. Use a metal hammer to tap it in fully. Repeat this step for all four tubes.
  3. Bolt one End Angle onto the ends of the Shelf Rails, but only finger tighten it for now.
  4. Place the mesh over the front and middle rails and slide it into position so that the mesh sits under the End Angle. Slide the two plastic Hinge Cleats onto the back rail. Attach the End Angle to the opposite ends of the rails. Square up the whole assembly and tighten it fully.
  5. Take the two angled Fixing Brackets and use the longer 30mm bolts and lock nuts to attach them to the two plastic Hinge Cleats. Tighten the nuts to allow the hinge to move around the tube freely.
  6. Attach the two triangular Fixing Plates to two glazing bars of the greenhouse at the desired height using the cropped head bolts.
  7. Bolt the two fixing brackets to the two fixing plates using the remaining mushroom-headed bolts.
  8. Attach the two Suspension Wire Brackets into the glazing bar using the cropped bolts and nuts, but only finger tighten them at first.
  9. Position the two suspension wires through the mesh so that one end hooks under the front central shelf rail. The two wires should then locate in the two brackets bolted into the glazing bars. Adjust the brackets as necessary to ensure that the staging sits horizontally and tighten them fully.
