How To Use
Connect the ‘Charging Cable’ to the port located underneath the ‘Platform Duo’ and to the ‘Power Adapter’.
- It is not compatible with the charger not supporting AFC(Adaptive Fast Charging) and SC(Super Fast Charging). It is essential to use an SFC charger or 25 W or higher PD(Power Delivery) charger to use 15 W Fast Wireless Charging 20 feature. When using PD charger or AFC charger less than 25 W, it works with 7.5 W fast wireless charging 1.0 function.

Place supported devices on the ‘Wireless Charging Area’ of the ‘Platform Duo’ to start wireless charging
The left side of the ‘Platform Duo’ supports 15 W fast wireless charging and the right side support traditional wireless charaina for applicable devices
- The charging speed may vary by devices.
- The actual charging speed may vary depending on charging conditions and other factors.
- Apple devices with wireless charaing feature can be supported up to 7.5 W fast charging.
The LED light indicate the charging status.

- Reconnect the device and charger when status indicator isn’t working correctly.
- Depending on the wireless charging device (or wireless charging cover), the status indicator may operate differently.
Precautions
- If your device does not charge, make sure it is placed on top of the charging (+) sign.
- Must use ‘an adaptor that supports 25 W’ to charge two devices at the same time.
- Some thicker or metal protective phone cases may hinder wireless charging.
