Equipment Operation
1. Button
Short Press to Distribute Food (One Portion Each Time) /Long Press for 10 Seconds to Reset
Child Safety Lock
Child safety lock is available on app, to prevent accidents.
When child-safety-lock mode is on, food distributing button
would be disfunctioned.
2. How to Clean
Disassemble by holding the buttons on both sides of the component
to lift and clean each component separately.
3. Steps to Add Food

Press and hold the buttons on both sides of the head of the
machine, pour the pet food slightly. -
The remaining food detection will only be refreshed if the
amount of pet food added exceeds the remaining food detector
in the food container. -
5-14mm dry food are recommended for the machine. Other
forms or giant food pellets might cause food jamming.
4. Position of the Desiccant
- Replace the Desiccant
After replacing the desiccant, in order to reset the time of desiccant
reminder, please go to APP – [Device Settings] – [Desiccant] –
[Desiccant Replaced, Reset Immediately] . After 30 days, the APP
will remind you to replace it.

6. How to Power On
- Plug in the power cord and lead the cord out through the wiring duct.
- Dry Batteries (AA battery)
Back up battery supply with dry battery ensure this machine
continues on its feeding mission for 1 week. Please make sure to
check battery conditions before using, which highly affect the
feeding persistence.
In dry battery mode, the smart pet feeder cannot connect to the
internet.
7. The Food Barrel Cannot be Aligned with the Base
Manually rotate the “blade” to align the barrel with the base.
We strongly suggest users not to rotate the “fan” from original
position, but if it was taken off, after taking out the barrel, you
need to put the barrel back to the initial position, and forcibly
rotate the blades until the barrel automatically falls to the initial
position. Because they match with each other at the default
limit of bearing for blade rotation.
Operation Guide
Download Furspark App
Connection
❶ Open the Furspark app on your mobile device and log in to your
account, click on the “Add Smart Device” button to enter the device
setup page.
❷ Power on the device and wait for the device to flash orange light
slowly, then click next.
❸ Select the WiFi that can be connected to the device (WiFi in the
2.4G band), enter the WiFi password and click “Next” after confirming
the WiFi account and password are connected.
❹ Scan QR Code to Pair Your Machine

Please keep the QR code on your phone 25-45 cm from the camera on your feeder.

Make sure to move your phone downward slightly so as to scan
the QR code accurately. -
Don’t move your phone too fast, stop for 1-2s to try to scan QR
code and then move the phone to the perfect position for scanning
QR code. -
After scanning, please wait for 20 seconds till the device’s
promote, indicating that the WiFi connection is successful and the
device is connected. After hearing the prompt, you can proceed to
the next step.
❺ Wait for the Device’s Voice Prompt
When the QR code is successfully recognized, you will hear a “beep” sound.
If an invalid QR code is recognized, the device will say “QR code
recognition failed, please re-scan according to the app’s instructions.”
When the device is connecting to WiFi, you will hear “WiFi connecting.”
If the device fails to connect to WiFi, you will hear “WiFi connection
failed, please try again.”
If the device fails to pair, you will hear “Device pairing failed, please
refer to the app’s instructions to reconnect.”
If the device successfully pairs, you will hear “Device pairing
successful.”
Notice
❶ Before using the product for the first time, please fill the food
compartment to the maximum limit and do not exceed it.
❷ When plugging or unplugging the adapter, do not pull the power
cord directly.
❸ Do not put bizarre objects into or modify/repair the product
without authorization.
❹ Please use the original power adapter and cable.
❺ This product is only suitable for indoor use. Please avoid direct
sunlight to prevent interference with the food detection sensor.
❻ The food container can only hold dry dog/cat food and should
not be filled with other objects.
❼ This device contains electronic components and does not have
waterproof functions. It is not recommended to use it in damp
places.
❽ This product is only suitable for feeding pets and not for any
other purposes.
❾ Persons lacking relevant experience and knowledge (including
children) who do not have full civil capacity must use the product
under the supervision and guidance of a guardian for cleaning and
maintenance.
❿ In the event of malfunction, odor emission, smoking, overheating or
abnormal behavior, please discontinue use of the product immediately
and contact customer service at info@furspark.com.
