The battery indicator charging case (9) then lights up green continuously, while the status LED (3) lights up red continuously.
When the charging case (1) is fully charged, the TWS earphones (7) can be
charged approximately four to five times. The charging case (1) does not have
to be switched on to charge the TWS earphones (7).

back on as described above to use them again.
Connect device via Bluetooth® The Bluetooth® function enables wireless
reception of audio signals from an external, Bluetooth® -enabled audio output

speakers (6) and TWS earphones can be used independently.
To output the sound of your Bluetooth® -enabled audio output device (e.g.,
smartphone) wirelessly via the product, the two devices must first be
connected to each other.
To connect to the speaker (6) of the charging case (1), proceed as follows:
- Switch on the charging case (1) as described above.
- The product automatically attempts to connect to the last audio output device paired via Bluetooth® . If this is not possible, the product remains in search mode.
- Turn on the Bluetooth® function on your external player and let your external player/smartphone search for Bluetooth® devices to pair the two devices. For more information, refer to the instruction manual of your external player.
- After the search, the „BS21BTS“ product should also be listed in the list of devices found.
- Select „BS21BTS“ and pair the two devices together.
- The pairing of the two devices is completed as soon as a beep sounds on the speaker.
You can now start audio playback on your external player/smartphone and listen
to music through the speaker.
If you want to connect the TWS earphones (7) to your Bluetooth® -enabled
external player, proceed as follows:
- Remove the TWS earphones (7) from the charging case (1). The TWS earphones (7) will turn on automatically.
- Thanks to the True Wireless Stereo (TWS) function of the earphones, the two TWS earphones (7) will automatically connect with each other.
- The product will also automatically try to connect to the last audio output device paired via Bluetooth® . If this is not possible, the product remains in search mode.
- Turn on the Bluetooth® function on your player and let your player/smartphone search for Bluetooth® devices to pair the two devices. For more information, refer to the instruction manual of your external player.
- After the search, the „KH21BTS“ product should also be listed in the list of devices found.
- Select „KH21BTS“ and pair the two devices together.
- The pairing of the two devices is completed as soon as the „Connected“ signal tone is heard from the earphones.
You can now start audio playback on your external player/smartphone.
If you disconnect the earphones via the settings on your external
player/smartphone, you will hear the „Disconnect“ signal tone.

indicator earphone (10) can additionally display the following functions for
easier operation:
Status LED flashes alternately red and blue| The charging case is switched on
and is currently being charged

Battery indicator charging case lights green| As soon as the earphones are
removed, the battery indicator shows the battery status of the charging case
Battery indicator earphone flas- hes alternately red and blue| The earphones
are switched on but not yet connected to each other
Battery indicator earphones flashes blue| The earphones are successfully
paired with a Bluetootha enabled device
Troubleshooting
The earphones do not switch on automatically
If the TWS earphones (7) do not turn on automatically when you remove them
from the charging case (1), press and hold the touch control button (8) for
about 3 seconds. If the earphones still do not switch on, check the battery
charge of the earphones.
The earphones do not automatically connect to my smartphone If you were
connected to another Bluetooth® enabled device after the last connection
between TWS earphones (7) and your smartphone, both devices must be manually
connected to each other again as described above.
The earphones have lost the connection to my smartphone Check that the
Bluetooth® function on your smartphone is still switched on. Also check that
the distance between the smartphone and the TWS earphones (7) is no more than
10 meters.
If the smartphone is not out of Bluetooth® range of the earphones for more
than 3 minutes, the TWS earphones (7) will automatically reconnect with the
smartphone as soon as it is back in range.
