Security instructions

On first use, heat the barbecue for 30 minutes. This operation will stabilize the paint which will give off odour only that first time.

IMPORTANT The barbecue is ready to use and will provide you with the best services. For your security, TAKE ATENTION:

  1. Do not use indoors!
  2. WARNING! Do not use spirit or petrol for lighting or relighting! Use only firelighters complying to EN 1860-3!
  3. WARNING! Keep children and pets away!
  4. If the wind is strong, position the barbecue so that no sparks are produced.
  5. DO NOT OFF THE BARBECUE WITH WATER to avoid thermal shock.
  6. The barbecue must be installed on a stable horizontal support before using it
  7. We recommend waiting until a layer of ashes cover the embers.
  8. ATTENTION! This barbecue will get very hot, do not move it during use!

  10. DO NOT LEAVE THE GRILL ON FIRE WHEN IT IS NOT COOKING.

Use of the barbecue

HOW TO LIGHT CHARCOAL?

  1. Put the charcoal in. Use charcoal in accordance with current regulations so that the charcoal is in the central area of the vat, MAX. LOADING 3 KG.
  2. Overloading the barbecue, this may cause damage to the appliance and users. In addition, the loss of the warranty.
  3. Before starting to cook, check that the fuel is covered with ashes.
  4. Once again, we remind you not to pour flammable liquid to light or revive the barbecue.
  5. For obvious safety reasons, we strongly advise against moving the barbecue while it is lit. If it is essential to move it, do so with the utmost caution
CLEANING AND STORAG
  1. Wait until the barbecue has cooled down completely.
  2. NEVER LEAVE THE BARBECUE OUTDOOR AFTER USING, this will cause oxidation to appear over time.
  3. For reasons of hygiene and safety: carefully clean the appliance and the set of accessories (including the grease collection drawer) after each cooking operation with hot soapy water to remove all grease residues and with a soft, non-abrasive cloth. Rinse, dry and grease the casting surfaces.
  4. Cleaning the grill/grill to keep food warm: never use objects or abrasive scrubbing detergents. Clean these areas after each use with hot soapy water and a soft non-abrasive cloth. Rinse and dry
MAINTENANCE
  1. To keep the barbecue if possible, we recommend that you Clean all cooking surfaces after each use.
  2. Do not leave the barbecue in the rain; do not leave any standing water on the cooking surfaces, the tables, or the fat collection drawer: risk of premature deterioration and/or corrosion.
  3. With use, it is normal for the paint to deteriorate on the parts in direct contact with the embers. We recommend cleaning and repainting these surfaces regularly with fireproof paint. This maintenance is NOT included in the guarantee.

WARRANTY

All our barbecues are under guarantee for 3 years (depending on the model and parts) from the date of purchase (invoice or receipt as proof of purchase), subject to compliance with all the instructions in this manual, subject to the availability of parts in stock and subject to the presentation of the product in its original packaging.

This warranty shall not apply in the following cases:

  • Non-compliance with the instructions in this manual
  • Abnormal conditions of use:
  • Improper storage
  • Defective maintenance
  • Modification of the product
  • Use for professional purposes
  • Use of non-original spare parts.
  • Deterioration of the paintwork due to the use of the barbecue. The paint of the barbecue will fade with use, especially the parts in direct contact with the embers, it is recommended to repaint the affected parts every 2 or 3 uses with spray fireproof paint. This deterioration is NOT a reason for warranty.
