To start baking, follow these steps:
- Ensure the timer is set to autoconfirm after 10 seconds.
- Start baking before the start time.
- You can use the delay and duration functions simultaneously.
- Press the Stop key when the duration is up or when you want to stop baking.

To use the cooktop burners, follow these steps:

Place the burner head onto the orifice holder, aligning the hole in the burner head with the ignition electrode as a guide for positioning.

Check the position of the burner head by rotating it in all directions to ensure alignment.

Fit the burner cap over the burner head centrally and check its position by slightly moving it in all directions.

When removing the burner caps and heads for cleaning, remember their size and placement. Put them back in the same place after cleaning.

Ignite each burner and ensure the flame level is equal around the burner head. If not, wait for the burner to cool and reassemble it.

Repeat this procedure after each cleaning.

For using the reversible cast iron griddle, position it on the middle burners as shown in the provided picture. Note that the griddle will become hot during use.

To install the exhaust vent cover, refer to the assembly picture and place it over the exhaust vent. The cover helps guide fumes from the oven and prevents food remains or cooking utensils from falling inside. Caution: The cover will become hot during use.

USER INTERFACE
Starting the appliance
- Press any function
- Set the temperature
- Press the Start key and start baking
Setting the timer
- Press on the icon
- TIMER sign will appear set time
- Confirm by pressing on the icon or the Start key
- If you don’t press any key, the timer will autoconfirm after 10 seconds!
Duration
- Press Cooking Time
- DURATION sign will appear
- Confirm duration by pressing on the Cooking Time key or the Start key
- Set duration at the beginning of or anytime during the active baking process
- If you don’t press any key, the duration will auto confirm itself after 10 seconds!
Delay
- Press Cooking Time twice
- DELAY sign will appear
- When the start time is reached, baking will start
- Press the Start key if you want to start baking before the start time
You can use the delay and duration functions at the same time.
To finish baking
- Baking will stop when the duration eis up or when you press the Stop key.

Place the burner head onto the orifice holder, using the hole in the burner head and the ignition electrode as a guide for positioning.

Check the position of the 2 burner head by rotating it slightly in all directions, ensuring that it’s aligned.

Fit the burner cap
over the burner head centrically and check its position by moving it slightly in all directions. When removing the burner caps and heads, take note of their size and where they should be placed. Put them back in the same place after cleaning! -
Ignite each burner and
check that the flame level is equal around the burner head. If not, wait for the burner to cool and reassemble it. -
Repeat the procedure after each time you clean.

Following steps 1 to 4, the 6 flame should look as in picture A.

If the flame looks like that of picture B, reassemble the burner parts.
GAS STOVETOP
The reversible cast iron griddle is intended to be used with middle burners as
shown on the picture.
The griddle will be hot during use!
Exhaust vent cover
The cover guides the fumes from the oven and prevents any food remains or
cooking utensils from falling inside the oven. Install the cover over the
exhaust vent according to the assembly picture.
The cover will be hot during use!
