NGI Performance Fuse Box Cover Vanity Covers
ASSEMBLING
Fuse Box Cover (Passenger Side)
- Step 1: Remove the bolt using a 12mm socket wrench (A).
- Step 2: Remove the bolt using a 10mm socket wrench (B).
- Step 3: Remove the factory push clip (C) using the panel clip removal tool. Make sure to save this clip for later installation.
- Step 4: (G70 only) Push clip hole (D) needs to be drilled out with a 5/16 drill bit in order to use the new push pin provided. Start with the large bracket. Install on top of the hood hinge and re-install the OEM bolt with a 12mm socket wrench (A).
- Note: Do not tighten all the way down until the very end.
Now install the small bracket in front of the washer fluid cap (B), keeping it parallel with the channel. Make sure the smaller hole in the bracket is facing down where the OEM bolt goes through. Lightly tighten the bolt using a 10mm socket wrench leaving it loose for final adjustments, making sure all holes line up properly. Once adjusted and all holes line up, tighten up the two bolts. Now set the cover in place and use two new push clips provided and re- use the push clip from step 3. See the picture above for details.
ECU Cover (Driver Side)
- Step 1: Remove the 3 factory push clips using the panel clip removal tool. Save the clips, they will be used when installing the new cover.
- Step 2: Remove the OEM plastic ECU cover.
- Step 3: Install new NGI Cover using 3 factory push clips.
