Product Usage Instructions

To use the WB30SDB1-SET Warming Drawer, follow these steps:

1. Ensure that the warming drawer is properly installed and connected to a power source.
2. Before use, wipe the smooth glass interior with a damp cloth to clean it.
3. Place the desired food or dish inside the warming drawer.
4. Close the warming drawer door securely.
5. Press the desired program on the intuitive touch controls. Choose from the following options:
   • Rapid Proof: For proofing dough
   • Dehydrate: For drying foods such as meat, fruit, and herbs
   • Slow Cook: Ideal for finishing seared meats, casseroles, stews, and braises
   • Other tailored programs: Choose the appropriate program based on your specific needs
6. The warming drawer will start heating and maintaining the set temperature.
