Product Information

The BX17 is a wireless earbud set that comes with a charging case. It features Bluetooth connectivity for easy pairing with compatible devices. The earbuds have a built-in battery indicator to show the power level of the charging case. The package includes different sizes of eartips to ensure a comfortable fit for every user.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Battery Indicator: The battery indicator on the charging case displays the power level. When the earbuds are placed in the case, they will start charging.
2. Choosing the Right Angle and Eartips: Before using the earbuds, select the appropriate angle and eartips (SM or L) for a secure and comfortable fit.
3. Connect via Bluetooth:
4. Open the cover of the charging case to enter pairing mode.
5. On your phone, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
6. Select “BX17” from the list of available devices to pair.
7. Resetting: If you experience any connection or function problems with the earbuds, follow these steps to reset them:
8. Delete the Bluetooth pairing information for the earbuds on your phone.
9. Place the earbuds back into the charging case for charging.
10. Remove the earbuds from the case and wait for 20 seconds.
11. If the issue persists, repeat the above steps.
12. Operation: The earbuds have various functions that can be activated with different button presses:
    • Answer/Hang up: Single click
    • Play/Pause: Single click
    • Power on/off: Press and hold for 2 seconds
    • Reject Call: Double click
    • Siri/Voice Assistant: Double click
    • Adjust Volume: Press and hold for 2 seconds
    • Switch Song: Single click (X1) or double click (X2)
13. Problem Handling: Here are some troubleshooting tips for common issues:
    • No sound when connected: Increase the volume by clicking the earbud volume key.
    • One earbud cannot be charged: Clean the charging contacts of the earbud and the charging case.
    • One earbud cannot be connected: Reset the earbuds following the reset instructions.
    • If the earbuds cannot be charged, activate the warranty and contact customer support for a replacement.
    • To avoid charging failures, regularly clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and charging case.

Before Use

1. Battery Indicator.
2. Choose the right angle and eartips.

Connect

1. Open the cover for pairing and close the cover for charging.
2. After open the phone Bluetooth, Click the to Pairing.

Reset

If earbuds has any connection or function problems, please reset the earbuds

1. Delete the BT pairing information on the phone.
2. Take the earbuds into the charging case to charge.
3. Take out the earbuds and wait for 20 seconds. (If the above operation does not work, please try again)

Operation

• X1: Click Once
• X2: Click 2 times
• 2S： Press and hold for 2 seconds

Problem handling

1. Can be connected but there is no sound: Click the earbud volume key to increase the volume.
2. One of earbuds cannot be charge: Clean the charging contact of the earbuds and the charging case.
3. One of the earbuds cannot be connected: Reset the earbuds.

If the earbuds cannot be charged, please activate the warranty and contact us to send a new product Please clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and charging case to avoid charging failures.
