Corroseal Rust Converter Paint Prep and Cleanup Primer
Instructions
Apply Corroseals in a Thick White Coat by Brush, Roller, or Spray Follow these four easy steps and breathe new life into your work.
Prepare the Surface
- STEP 1: To mart, remove large pleces of rust scale to Corroveal has a surface of fine rust to convert. This will avoid chipping laser.
Clean the Surface
- STEP 2. Scrub clean removing oil and dirt. Start with a clean surface. Oll and dirt can make it dithout for Corroseal to achere and reast an needed, to cleaning first is crucial. Do not use an oil based cleaner for this step. We highly recommend Coeroseal Cleaner for esetal surface prep. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning. Then rinse again just to be sure.
Apply Corroseal
- STEP 3. Using a brush, color or spray. apply a thick coat el Coroseal. The thicker, the better. It wot be white when first applied, then begins to turn black as it converts to rust. Check-in 15 minutes, if brown or gray spots peak though. apply another thick coat. A second coat is encouraged to get all rust covered with no seepage. Check again in 15 minutes and reapply as needed.
Paint & Enjoy
- STEP 4: Once dry, it is primed and ready for paint. The painting will ensure extra protection from fubar rust. Enjoy!
