Product Usage Instructions
- To uninstall the Ipsos MediaCell App & VPN from your iPhone, follow these steps:
- Go to your iPhone’s home screen and find the Ipsos MediaCell App icon.
- Tap and hold the icon until all the icons on the screen start to jiggle.
- Tap the “X” button on the top left corner of the Ipsos MediaCell App icon.
- A confirmation message will appear asking if you want to delete the app. Tap “Delete” to confirm.
- To remove the VPN profile from your device, follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and tap on “General”.
- Scroll down again and tap on “VPN”.
- You will see the Ipsos MediaCell VPN profile listed. Tap on it.
- Tap on “Delete VPN Profile”.
- A confirmation message will appear asking if you want to delete the profile. Tap “Delete” to confirm.
- The Ipsos MediaCell App & VPN has now been successfully removed from your iPhone. No further data will be collected or sent to Ipsos from your device.

- Find and tap ‘Ipsos MediaCell’/ ‘MediaCell’ app

- Now please kindly continue onto the next page to delete the ‘VPN Profile’ from your device.
