Overview
SMCZ1E series charger is specially designed to supplement electric energy for electric vehicle power battery according to national standard of charger. The product not only has the advantages of high efficiency, small size, long life, etc., the full potting process has the protection level of up to IP66, can work safely under short-term flooding conditions, high reliability, complete protection function, etc., is an ideal power source for electric vehicle battery charging. The charger has built-in thermal sensing device, which can work reliably under the condition of -40℃- +50℃; With overheating protection function, automatic recovery. Ensures that you can work in any complex environment without failure

Technical Parameters And Characteristics
- Input voltage: The input voltage ranges from AC180V to AC260V.

Charging Curve
The first stage of pre-charging: charge with a constant current of 6.75A and a limited voltage of 48V. When the voltage reaches48V, it will enter the second stage of charging mode. If the voltage does not reach 48V, it will be transferred to the second stage of charging in 10min. The second stage of constant current charging: charge with a constant current of 25Aandalimited voltage of 54.75V. When the voltage reaches 54.75V, it will enter the third stage of charging mode. If the voltage does not reach 54.75V, it will be transferred to the third stage of charging at a regular time of 10h. The third stage of constant voltage charging: the highest constant voltage control at54.75Vcharging, current limit 8.3A current charging, the current drops to 1.3A, the charging end, if the current drop does not reach 1.3A timed 5 hours shutdown.

Over-current protection| The output current of the charger is stable, and

mains or the environment.
Temperature protection| When the internal temperature of the charger exceeds
the internal set value, the charging current will automatically decrease, and
the charging will automatically resume when the temperature recovers
LED indicator light| Provide LED indicator light for charging process and
fault display, better convenient for customers to use.
Reliability Testing
Insulation Resistance.
Test with a 1000V megohm meter for 60 seconds. The insulation resistance
between the input and output of the sample is not less than 50MΩ.
Pressure-tight test
An AC 1500V (RMS) voltage is applied between the sample input and the housing
for 60 seconds without abnormal phenomenon.
An AC 1500V (RMS) voltage is applied between the sample output terminal and
the housing for 60 seconds without abnormal phenomenon.
An AC 1500V (effective value) voltage was applied between the input and output
terminals of the sample for 60 seconds, and no abnormal phenomenon was
observed.
High temperature aging experiment
Under the condition of rated input voltage and full load, the samples should
be put into a constant temperature aging room of 40 ° C ±3 ° C. After working
for 8 hours, the samples should work normally without mechanical damage and
electrical performance failure.
Low pressure aging test Samples were input at low voltage of 90VAC and at room
temperature. After 8hoursofhalf-load operation, the sample machine worked
normally without electrical performance failure.
High pressure aging test Samples were input in 260VAC high voltage, at room
temperature, and fully loaded for 8hours, the sample machine worked normally
without electrical performance failure.
vibration test According to GB/T 2423.10-1995 test. The tested sample shall be
initially tested and fixed on the vibration table according to the working
position. Under the condition of no power, the test shall be carried out
according to the requirements of swept frequency vibration test.

The machine is equipped with grounding, ensure good grounding when using,
avoid the shell with induction electricity, to ensure personal safety. 10-2、Do
