INSTRUCTION MANUAL

Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the instructions, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing.
If you give this device to other people, please also pass on the operating instructions.

WALL INSTALLATION

Bolt down your safe for maximum security.

  1. Select an isolated, dry, and secure location for your safe. If bolting to a wall, make sure that your safe is resting on a supporting surface (such as the floor or a shelf).
  2. Set the safe in place, then use a pencil to mark the mounting holes in the in floor or wall.
  3. Move the safe away, then drill mounting holes.
  4. Align the safe over the holes, then install the expansion bolts (included) through the holes and into the mounting surface.
    NOTE: If you want to connect to the rear part of the safe the power cable for the operation of the internal socket (socket & 2 X USB), you should install the safe leaving a distance of at least 10cm. between the wall and the rear part of the device so that the power cord can be connected and disconnected.

FIRST USE

Use one of the following two options that are available to open the safe for the first time:

OPENING USING THE FACTORY CODE

  1. Press the “#” button to activate the electronic lock.
  2. Input the factory code “1234”. In case of incorrect typing, press the ” * ” button to delete the incorrect digit you typed.
  3. Press the #” button to confirm.
  4. The door of the safe opens automatically.

OPENING WITH USE OF EMERGENCY KEYS

  1. Remove the emergency lock cover.
  2. Insert the emergency key and turn it clockwise.
  3. The door of the safe opens automatically.

HOW TO SET USER CODE

  1. Open the door of the safe.
  2. Input the new code (3 to 6 digits).
  3. Press the “#” button to confirm.
  4. The door of the safe will be closed automatically and the new user password will be saved.

HOW TO OPEN THE SAFE BOX WITH USER CODE

  1. Input the user code that you have saved in previous step. In case of incorrect typing, press the ” * ” button to delete the incorrect digit you typed.
  2. Press the “#” key to confirm.
  3. The door of the safe opens automatically and the LED light inside the device is activated.

NOTE:

  • If you input the wrong code, “ERRI” message is shown in display.
  • If you input the wrong code three times, the safe will lock automatically for five minutes.

HOW TO SET NEW MASTER CODE

  1. When the safe is closed, input the code ‘011223’ (factory master code).
  2. The door of the safe opens automatically in 9 seconds. Before the door opens, press the “#” key and input the new master code (3 to 6 digits).
  3. “GOOD” appears on the display.
  4. Setting of the new master code is completed.

NOTE:
In case that the master code is lost or forgotten, open the safe with the emergency keys. Open the cover of the control panel, locate the point marked RST (Reset) on printed circuit board and gently pull up to disconnect the joints. Then, carefully insert it back into place. All codes are reset to factory default.

HOW TO SET DATE AND TIME

  1. While the safe is in standby mode, press the ” * “key.
  2. Enter the year, month, day, time, and minutes.
  3. The date and time setting is complete.

CHECK OPENING HISTORY

  1. When the safe is closed, enter the master code. The door of the safe opens automatically in 9 seconds. Before the door opens, connect the safe to an external storage
    (e.g. to an external hard drive or directly to user personal computer) using the data cable (not included).

  2. Press the “O” key. “SEND appears on the display and the history of the openings is transferred to the storage media.

  3. If you want to read the history, connect the external storage (the one used in previous step) to a computer. If you connected the safe directly to the computer, you can read the history after the data was sent. Additionally you have the option to print the history.

BATTERY INSTALLATION

  1. Open the door of the safe.

  2. Open the battery compartment inside the safe door.

  3.  Insert 4 AA batteries with the correct polarity.
    NOTE:
    In case of low battery, “LOBATT” appears on the display and there is sound notification.
    WARNING:

    • Do not use new batteries with used one.
    • If you do not use the safe for a long time, remove and store the batteries due to a potential risk of battery liquid leakage.

STORAGE

  1. Open the safe.
  2. Open the battery compartment and remove the batteries.
  3. Store the safe and emergency keys.
    Save the below factory codes for future reference:
    Factory user code: 1234
    Factory master code: 011223
